Your POV
I smile as I put my curl my last strand of hair. I put a black bow in my hair before looking in the mirror.
"Cute, where are you off to?" my roommate asks me.
"Just out," I tell her.
"Is it another date with this mystery guy you won't tell me about?" she questions.
"Why yes it is," I say as I grab my phone. I slip on my pair of flats and look at my outfit in the mirror one last time.
"Well he must certainly like you enough to be taking you to a five star restaurant," she comments.
"Yeah, well I like him a lot, so it balances out," I reply. "See ya later."
"Bye," she calls out as I leave. I walk to the front of the lecture hall he met me at. After about five minutes, he shows up.
"Sorry I'm late," he says. "I just had to get you these." He pulls out a bouquet of roses.
"It's fine," I tell him as I take the roses. "And these are beautiful."
"Just like you," he says giving me a peck on the cheek. I blush. He takes my hand in his while we start walking down the street.
"So, are we walking to the restaurant?" I ask him.
"Nope," he says. We turn the corner to see a technology based carriage. "We're taking this." I look to see there is a robot horse. The closer we get, I see Vav is sitting there, waiting for us.
"Hello, how are you functioning today?" the horse asks.
"Orf, not now," Vav says. He then turns towards me. "Your carriage, my lady." He holds out his hand to help me in. I get in and take a seat, X-Ray following in my fashion. Vav start the carriage and heads to the restaurant.
After dinner, we ditch Vav and Orf and walk off to a park.
"You know, this is the park we were at on the night we first kissed," he says.
"I remember. That was the night you took me this rundown building," I add on. "I think these two places became our favorite spots to be."
"They are," he smiles. We sit on the playground and look up at the stars.
"The stars look so beautiful tonight," I comment.
"But not as beautiful as you," he says causing me to blush. Our hands intertwine as my head rests on his shoulder. "Hey (Y/N)." I look up at him to see a nervous look on his face. "I really like you, and we've already been on a few dates, so will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes!" I exclaim.
