Fluttershy’s POV
“Angel please eat your lettuce!” I plead my bunny. Angel crossed his arms and stopped his paw on the
ground. What will make this picky bunny eat his vegetables? I got an idea! I gave him big wide eyes, like
a foals. Angel twitched his nose and looked away. He peeked a bit as a widened my eyes bigger. Angel
sighed and put his paw in the bowl of lettuce in front of him. He carefully took a nibble out of the leafy
green. I gave in a small smile as I saw Angel has finished the whole entire bowl. “Now Angel, Im going
out to Ponyville to check up on Pinkie Pies ‘experiment’ with popping candy cupcakes, will you be okay
on your own?” I ask nervously. Angel bunny saluted and marched around the cottage squeaking orders
to the other animals. I giggled. I turn my back on Angel and push my way through the door. The day I
thought today would be, all bright and sunny, didn’t turn out the way I expected. It was gray outside. A
tornado was rippling through Ponyville. I could hear faint screams coming from the pony’s in the town. I lifted my chin up and tried walking through the current of the wind. I got pushed on to a spruce tree. I
groan in pain. I try my best to stand, but I felt something stop me. A small chickadee was trying to pull
me away, signaling I should not go to Ponyville. “I know its dangerous little guy, but I have to see if my
friends are ok!” I say to the small bird. He chirped something I couldn’t understand over the noise of the
wind and let me go. “Thank you” I mumble to the chickadee. He flew away. I look at the tornado, but
there was something circling it with great speed. I knew it was Rainbow Dash from the rainbow around
it. I have to see if she needs help I thought spreading my yellow wings out. I never liked flying, I was the
weakest flyer in Cloudsdale. Even little foals were better flyers! But I need to do this for my friends. I try
to lift myself up in the air. It took great might, but I did it. I tried flying toward Rainbow Dash and the
tornado but my flying was ragged.
Oh great Celestia help! My body rocked as I flew. I tried my best
avoiding trees and branches, but I ended up hitting a few. My sight became blurry. Tears were forming
in my eyes. This was terrible! I blinked back the tears and landed. I thumped on the ground hardly and I
stood up with great force. I was close to the tornado. “Rainbow Dash” I call shyly and quietly. She didn’t
hear. “Rainbow” I say a bit louder. The pegasus didn’t hear my tiny voice. If I don’t speak out loud, I
might not be able to help in time. “RAINBOW DASH!” I scream loud and confidently. The cyan pony
stopped flying and dashed straight toward me. She landed on the ground harshly. Rainbow Dash looked
up to me. “Fluttershy! This tornado won’t stop and the weather ponies have no idea how it happened!”
Rainbow tried to overpower her voice so I can hear. I nod slowly. “I need another pegasus to help me fly
