Me, America and Carter Lockwood

Chapter 2

Hey guys sorry for not updating in a while I've been really busy with school and stuff like that this is just going to be chapter about Jorden getting to know the Lock woods and look around the house basically move in I don't know if its going to be short or long i will aim for at least 1000 word because my last 2 chapters where kinda short so here is to making up for that. Also sorry if this Chapter is boring but I haven't had a lot ideas so if you could give me some ideas or things I could add to stretch out the story line and make it more interesting that would be great thanks.

I looked out if the taxis window and concentrated on a single drop of rain slowly crawling down the window sill, I was thinking about what it was going to be like. living with the new family was going to be difficult and that I needed to be as nice as possible so I could get my ass back to the U.K. My mum told me they had kids around my age and that I was going to go to the same school as them. I was nervous it had been a while since I had properly left England.

I then broke out of my doze when realising that the taxi was pulling up. I looked out side to see a house well more like mansion! towering before my eyes I was in shock I knew the family had money but not this much!
I grabbed my small rucksack besides me and opened the car door after paying the driver I collected my suitcase from the boot of the car I stood in front of the house then walking over to the door were I saw a golden coloured handle and a fancy decorated bell besides it. I swiftly pushed the button to hear a ringing noise from inside. I patiently waited admiring every detail of the carved decorations in the wall
I then looked back hearing the door swing open to reveal a tall boy with jet black hair and greyish blue eyes.

He scanned my body from head to toe "And who might you be?" He said in a deep American accent I then realised a prominent smirk forming on his face.
I hesitated before I spoke admiring his flawless features.
"I umm" my mind was completely blank I had nothing to say "I'm uhh Jo-"
"Ahh you must Jordan Roth Jonathan's daughter." The sound of my father name made my chest tighten. "Well I'm Mrs.Lockwood but you can call me Rose, and this is my son Caleb." Caleb raised his hand and slowly waved to me whilst stepping back to let me in.

It had been 2 hours since Mrs.Lockwood came in and checked on me she said she was going out to deal with some business and if i wanted anything go to Caleb, i haven't seen much of him but thats okay i didn't want to die of an overdose of hotness but anyways i grabbed my phone and scrolled checking for any new texts

one from Leah saying

Hey where have you been hows America? have you seen any cute guys yet? whats the family like do they want you to be there slave? have they whipped you?! isn't that illegal idk but girl i need deets come on reply asap man

I was just about to reply when i heard the door open i turned my head to see Caleb leaning on the frame of the door.

i didn't really know what he wanted so i just turned back to my phone.

"You know it's rude to ignore someone? especially when they are letting you stay in their mansion?"

Its like he doesn't understand that i know he lives in a massive house? 

"Well you didn't ask or say anything so what was i supposed to do?"

"I just wanted to tell you that i was going to the shops if you wanted to come with?" 

"No im fine i just wanna get some sleep"

i turned around again seeing Caleb had started walking toward the end of the hallway leading to the front door.

I plugged my phone in to charge whilst placing it down on a table next to me. i then stood up and got my shampoo and conditioner from my suitcase and a towel before walking into the bathroom to the side of my bedroom.

After a relaxing shower i wrapped my self in my towel and dried my hair i then dropped the towel and started to slip an over sized t-shirt on and hopped into bed to try get some sleep.

It was 2:36AM and i couldn't sleep.

I I heard Mrs.Lockwood come in about 3 hours ago. I decided to get my phone and text back Leah

Hey sorry i never replied earlier i've been really busy unpacking and stuff like that. Americas okay i haven't had much of a look around but their house is massive and no i haven't seen any extremely cute guys but i have seen an extremely hot guys and as a matter of fact he is living with me and he is called Caleb i thought there were two of them but maybe my mum got that wrong. and no sorry to burst you bubble but they don't treat me like their slave. i've got to go try get some sleep will try and keep you updated

I put my phone down and closed my eyes might as well try to getsome sleep so im not a total mess tomorrow morning but either way i probablywill be. After a short while I finally got some sleep but of course it didn'tlast long because i heard the front door slam closed  but i was to tired to care about who it was so i tried to get back to sleep...again 

Just i was dozing off i heard the door creak whilst being opened and something shuffle towards the bed. after this i felt a weight lowering the mattress under me before i could do anything my eyes became to heavy to open and i was out.
