Later that day, back at Phil's island, Zeus lay a cold cloth on Millenia's forehead and sighed.
"She wasn't supposed to know about this for a long time." He said. "But the Fates cursed her, to become one of them someday." Hercules could see a tear running down his face and felt shocked. He'd never seen his dad cry before. "I never wanted to see my daughter, someone full of light and happiness, be turned into one of those crazy old hags down there in the Underworld." Then Zeus left, without another word. Hercules knew that moping by her bedside would not be what Millenia would want, so he and Phil went about their normal day. Hercules went to school, Phil got ready for his training. Later that day, while Phil was eating lunch, Millenia came down rubbing her forehead.
"Oh man. I've got the biggest headache. Man, all of time and space hurts!" Phil snickered.
"Aw Milly, it's good to see ya moving around again. How ya feeling?" She shrugged as she got a glass of water.
"Other than this headache, I feel fine." She sat down next to him and he rubbed her back. Then she winced, and her eyes went all swirly. Phil watched in terror.
"Whoa! Milly! What's goin on!?" He shouted.
"The new power comes with a new fear. A collapse in the walls of the dimensions. Another world, in a dream, but not a dream." Then she popped back to normal. "Whoa! I will never get used to that!" She exclaimed. Phil's furry face was white.
"What was all that about, Milly? What'd you see?" He begged.
"I saw, Hercules and I, falling over unconscious. There was a flash of light, and we were in some sort of dream state. And there was this other girl and boy. The boy wore such strange clothing, nothing like a kitan. And the girl, she looked like me, but also not me. Her hair was so long and black, her face white as snow. Her dress was black and reached her knees, with a long cloak even longer that her hair." Phil's eyes widened.
"Boy! She sounds like something straight out of the Underworld!" Millenia nodded. What they didn't know, that this vision wouldn't come true, for a long time.
