Guys we've hit 1K already!!! This is awesome!!! Thank you all so much!!! *blows kisses*

I saw the promo poster for "Rogue One" and I immediately thought "OH MY FREAKING LLAMAS THAT'S JAINA!!!" The hair, the face, the flight suit, EVERYTHING. THAT'S ALL JAINA.

So, pic for your viewing pleasure :3

Sorry for late update!! I have to give you guys something, and I hope that this is suitable :-)

M'gann was waiting like a friendly, eager wyrwulf when Jaina returned to Mount Justice with Hal, John, and her things. She didn't know what a wyrwulf was, just that it was the first thing that popped into her mind. She silently gave thanks that she hadn't made that observation out loud, the team might have been offended.

These were going to be her teammates, her roommates. She couldn't get off on the wrong foot with them. Although they did seem a bit shocked by certain details that she herself had considered trivial.

There was a lot that she needed to get used to.

"Jaina, do you need any help moving in?" M'gann asked, standing next to Jaina outside the door to her room.

The door slid open when she put in her code, and Jaina emptied the drawstring sack she'd borrowed from John onto the desk. Her tool belt, a helmet just her size, and a laser blade clattered onto the desk.

"I...guess not." Robin summed up, rubbing the back of her neck.

He was immediately intrigued by he futuristic tools, and Wally was just about to grab the hilt of the laser blade when a green hand smacked the back of his head.

"Don't touch." She warned. Even Superboy took a step back.

Zatanna peered into the empty closet while Jaina turned down he sheets, getting a feel for them.

"Where are your clothes?" She asked, a little more than confused.

The rest of the team stared at Jaina, just now realizing that she was still wearing the same uniform she had a couple hours ago.

Jaina held up her fist. The ring on her finger glowed brightly, and so did her costume. When he light faded, Jaina was wearing an insulated orange jumpsuit with what looked like a console on her chest. Buttons that regulated the suits temperature and pressure flashed in bright colors, also monitoring her heartbeat and blood pressure. Gloves and boots made of the same shiny, leather like material were on her hands and feet.

"This is all I got." She shrugged.

M'gann and Zatanna gasped, not even needing the mindlink to know what the other was thinking.

"Artemis, come with me!" Zatanna grabbed the older girl's hand and pulled her down the hall to her temporary bedroom. M'gann shooed the boys out, banishing them to the living room for now, and grabbed Jaina's shoulders.

"Don't worry. We'll take you to the mall and get you everything you need!"

Jaina looked puzzled. "What's a mall?"

-------

"This is a mall!" Wally spread his arms up to the sky, showing off the splendor of the Star City mall.

"What is it for?" Jaina asked, wearing a T-shirt, jeans, and a pair of sneakers borrowed from Artemis.

"Shopping!" M'gann squealed, clapping her hands. "This is where we're gonna get you everything that you need!"

"Alright, you ladies enjoy your shopping," Robin kissed Zatanna on the cheek, "we'll be in the arcade. Let us know if you need any help!"

"Yeah, like that'll ever happen." Artemis rolled her eyes, but grinned and kissed Wally a good-bye for now.

Without another word M'gann grabbed Jaina's hand and pulled her into the mall. If they hadn't given her a quick run down on how things were different with people outside the mountain, Jaina would have lit up her ring so that she wouldn't have to be dragged again. Artemis and Raquel laughed, remembering what it was like to be the new girl themselves.

The mall was roughly the size of one and a half football fields, with a new store that could be displaying just about anything around every turn. M'gann pulled Jaina into the first clothing store she could see, a brightly-lit store with the word "Papaya" written above it in bright lights.

Jaina winced at all the bright colors. None of them really looked like something that she would wear.

"What about this?" M'gann held a pink tank top up to Jaina for a size check. "It goes perfety with your skin tone!"

Zatanna seemed to pick up on Jaina's discomfort, and she snapped her fingers. "I know!" She dashed out of the store with the other girls following close behind. Thankfully, Jaina had managed to lose her hand from M'gann's grasp, and now ran at her own pace.

"This is more like it." Artemis nodded approvingly at a dark store with "Hot Topic" above the door. Jaina didn't know what it was, but it looked a whole lot more appealing to her than Papaya had.

Artemis and Raqual gave her careful advice on what to get while Zee and Megan did some browsing for themselves. After they'd gotten what Jaina needed at Hot Topic, they decided on Old Navy for the basics.

By then they had an entire wardrobe, including winter and summer wear, and M'gann was cheating just a tiny bit by using her telepathy to carry a few of the bags.

"Thanks for your help, I definitely wouldn't have been able to do this without you." Jaina said as The boys helped them arrange the bags in the bioship. They'd agreed to come back to buy personal things for her later.

"Our pleasure!"

"No problem!"

"This was so much fun!"

Fun. The word rang in Jaina's mind.

What was fun to her?
