Dance

"H-Hello? Who's this?" You asked as you walked down the stairs into the living area. And, apparently no one answered. Who the hell it could be at literally 3 am? 

"Hello?" You said, again. Silence  was the answer.

At last you reached your living your living you. You decide to gather enough courage to slowly go and turn the lights on. 

You take a few steps in the direction of the switch, as soon as you did you feel someone breathe. 

WHO THE HELL IT COULD BE? A HUMAN? AN ALIEN? NO I DON'T THINK SO ALIENS BREATHE, THO THEY HAVE NOSTRILS, UGGH WHAT ARE YOU THINKING Y/N?!

Next split second you felt a warm hand on your face. You heartbeat immediately fastened.  "Guess who?" That person spoke.

Thank god it's a human! Wait, Is this "human" Niall?

"N-Niall?" You say without wasting a second.

"Ahhh! You always get! I literally suck at surprises!!" Niall said taking his hands off your face.

"You CALL SNEAKING INTO PEOPLES HOUSES AT 3 DAMN AM?" You said almost yelling at him.

"Shhh... your mum will wake up!!!" He said placing his finger on your lips.

"Okay.. Okay.. But what are you literally doing at my house at 3 am? How did you get in?" You asked him.

"I just wanted to dance." He said.

"Then who was stopping you TO dance?" You said sounding confused.

"No I just wanted to dance with you." He said looking into your eyes.

"Uh... In the middle of the night?" You said.

"Uh... Yeas.." He said before taking your hand into his and you placed your left arm on his shoulder. and started to slow dance.

"You're getting good at this Horan"  You said looking into his beautiful blue eyes, the kind of eyes anyone could fall for. You guess you did.

"So are you.." He replied. And you both danced unaware of the surroundings.

"Y/N... Is it you honey?" You heard your mum say.

You both immediately pulled away as you heard your mum's footsteps.  You both didn't know what to do and stood there staring at each other's faces in fear. Until your mum came down and looked at both of you in surprise.

"Niall, darling, you needed something?" She said.

"Hu-Uh-Uh- This- this banana." Niall said holding onto a banana from the dinning table.

"Seriously Niall?" You whispered and both of you let a small giggle.

"Uh- Okay, you can totally have it. But, it is definitely not the banana.... Tell me what is it?" Your mum said sounding even more confused.

"Mumma, he was not able to sleep... neither was I... Plus spring break is on, we don't have anything to do so, we just thought of hanging out..." You said in defence. 

"In the middle of the night?" Your mum said.

"Y-ya" Niall said and you nodded.

"Okay, If that's so... I guess I'll go get some sleep..." Your mum said, but she still wasn't satisfied with your justification. It was written on her face. "... I hope Maura knows you are here..." She said.

"Uh-ya mum does know..." Niall replied. 

"Okay then, goodnight you two..." Your mum said last time before she went back up.

"That WAS so close..." You said.

"Yea, ofcource I could not tell your mum that I came here to dance with your daughter in the middle of the night!" Niall said.

"Yea.." You said before Niall again pulled you to dance.
