Excuses and Fights

It was the best day of your life. You'd been working really hard for this. Finally you were chosen to sing a solo at school in front of about two thousand people. You had been going through vocal training and what not and finally it all worked out. You immediately dialled up Niall's and told him all about it. He sounded really disappointed at first but then he seemed to be okay with it. He should be happy for you shouldn't he?

After your vocals class you decided to drop by at Niall's to check out the matter with him. You rang the doorbell a couple of times but no response...

You shouted out his name loud and finally a frail Niall opened the door. It suddenly came to your notice that one of his legs was plastered.

"Oh my God, Niall. What happened to your leg?" You asked letting him lean on you while walking.

"I was crossing the street when I saw a kid in the middle of the road. Suddenly the traffic light went red and I ran as fast as I could and pushed him out of the way but then a car hit me... Don't worry though there aren't any complications" He said. You both sat on the couch.

"Oh Niall.... You should get an X-ray done" You said.

"Got it done babe. It's right there on the table" He said.

You walked over to the table and opened the envelope with the X-ray in it. You looked at it and there weren't many injuries. But still you couldn't leave Niall alone like this.

You dialled up your vocal coach and told him that you wouldn't be able to perform the next day. It wasn't that you enjoyed disappointing a thousand people but Niall was your life and your first priority.

"You didn't need to do that babe. I know you've been working really hard on it" He said looking guilty.

"Oh it's okay Niall... you're my first priority. I love you and can't leave you alone when you need me the most" You said passing him a smile. He smiled back and gave you a quick kiss.

************ The Next Day************

Niall was taking a bath while you were making breakfast. You were feeling a little low because you weren't able to perform but you still didn't say a word about it to Niall. You laid the breakfast on the table and your eyes landed upon the X-ray.

You looked at it again, closely, only to find that it dated back to July last year...

You were extremely furious. You waited for Niall to come out of the bathroom...

"Hey babe. Breakfast smells good" He said.

"It's better when it's smashed over your face" You say with gritted teeth and smashed the food on his face.

"What was that for?" He cried.

"Seriously Niall?!? Don't act smart with me. I looked at the X-ray! It's fake!" You screamed.

His expression changed from shocked to guilty.

"I'm sorry" He mumbled.

"Sorry?!?! How does sorry help?!?! You did this on purpose!! You know what? You're just jealous that I may become more successful than you are!!" You said fuming.

"No baby girl... Why would I want that? I just feel lonely these days because you're always out these days and I can't spend quality time with you. I know that doesn't justify anything I did. I'm sorry for being so selfish" He replied almost breaking into tears.

There was absolute silence for a minute ...

"I didn't know you felt that way... I'm sorry Niall" You immediately said.

"It's not your fault babe! I should've just told you about it" He said with guilt evident in his beautiful eyes.

"C'mere" You said as you engulfed him in a hug.

"I'm sorry for what I said earlier" You said.

"I'm sorry for what I did" He mumbled.

A/N: This imagine was longer than my previous ones...

I read these other fight imagines on Wattpad for inspiration and they were so cliché... No hate to the writers. They are well written but the plot where the guys cheats on the girl , the girl walks away and then they make up is too overused. I decided I would write something different.

I got my inspiration from a daily soap that my sisters were watching. Lol.

Our exams are over which means that we will update more often. Yay !
