Season 03 Episode 05: Good Form
Pearl's POV,
David lite the torch again, bringing us back the bright light. Emma moved over to where Bae slept, she tried removing the mattress. She only removed the sheets first. That was until Hook helped her.
"Wow" Emma spoke up. We all turned to her direction.
"What is it?" Her father asked.
"It appears Neal marked his days trapped on this island" Hook answered. Emma jumped onto rock that later the removed mattress. On the wall was lines as if you would score a game. There were so many lines that I couldn't keep count.
"What's wrong?" Mary Margret asked dropping the object she had in her hands then walking towards Emma.
"Look here" Emma instructed. She hovered her fingers over the markings
"Neal stopped counting"
"Cause he got off the island" Mary Margret got the idea.
"He was here longer" Emma figured.
"Then why would he-"
"Because he lost hope" Emma cuts David off.
"You got that from scribbles?" Regina moved forward.
"I got that because its what I did every time I went to a new foster home" Emma jumped off.
"I counted days until counting seemed pointless" Emma leaned on the rock.
"You think the same thing's happening to Henry" David guessed.
"Pan said he will" Emma answered.
"Unless he starts hearing Pan's, we're fine" I explained.
"Hey. We're gonna rescue him" David thought positively again.
"Yeah! I know that and you know that but Henry doesn't know that! Pan wants him to lose faith"
"So what? You want to send him a message? Because I haven't seen a NeverLand post office" Regina used her sarcastic manners again.
"What are you suggesting?"
"We take a page from Pan and and we start being clever. We need to see a simple sign, a sign that we're coming" Emma thought.
"Yeah, with lost boys running around, trying to kill us all?" Regina argued.
"Yeah, maybe it's time we used that to our advantage" Mary Margret thought of an idea.
"How?"
"Follow me, I'll show you" She walked out of the cave leading the group again. She lead us back to camp.
"What I'll need is some vines, some that can be pulled together" She instructed.
"David, Hook, could you go get us some?" She asked. David nodded with Hook following behind him.
"Mary Margret, what are we going to do with vines?" I asked confused.
"We're gonna make a net, one to capture a lost boy" She smiled.
"And how are we going to get a lost boy?" Regina asked annoyed.
"We'll use something as bait, like a pig or something. The lost boy will try to kill it and fall right into our trap" She made up.
"We'll use Pearl" Regina called up me.
"Why?" I asked offended.
"Because Pan wants you dead, so a lost boy would try to kill and he'll fall into our net" She explained.
