There I was, waking up from the annoying sound of my alarm clock. Fuck, I don't want to go to the new school. It will  be like in Brisbane, me getting bullied and being the loser of the school after 3 Minutes. You may ask why? I was as simple as you could see, a nerd. Always wearing my jeans properly, not baggy. My shirt is always buttoned up and I never wore caps or anything.

I sighed and swung my legs over the edge of my bed, sitting up and looking out of the window. The sky was as grey as my mood today, some spots darker than others. I sighed softly and stood up, walking to my closet and getting the clothes out. I really didn't wanna go to school, despite meeting other human existences. I walked into the bathroom and got ready. I got my bag and walked downstairs, sitting at the kitchen table and slowly munching on my cereal.

My mother came in, greeting me with a "Hello Sweety" and ruffling up my hair. "Mum, I'm not 5 anymore!" I complained and finished eating, I put the empty bowl and the spoon into the sink, walked to the door and put my shoes on. "Bye Mum" I called through the house and simply left. Although I lived in the suburbs now, I could walk to school.

I really wasn't excited about meeting new people, I'm not good at making friends. I was happy to be out of my old school, but I also feared my new school. I was just hoping there wouldn't be the typical "bad boy", who'd make my life a living hell. I then arrived at the gates of our school and looked down. I walked towards the building, keeping my head down, then no one would see me and could insult me because of my face. I could hear the people whisper about me being new, they always recognized new people fast.

Soon enough a guy came up to me and tapped me in my shoulder. I didn't look up. "Yes?" I said quietly. "You're the new one, aren't ya?" He asked as if he was dumb. I mean, it was obvious I was new. "Yes" I answered again, quiet and I kept looking at the tiles. "You look like a nerd" he snorted. There it was again, the judgement I feared. I wasn't saying a single word, in fear he'd turn my word around in my mouth to find a reason to bully me.

"Just wait till Jai arrives, he will show you how to behave" he laughed and walked away. Who was this Jai guy? I assumed he was the bad boy, as the boy talked about him in respect. I just hoped I wouldn't bump into him, cause he was the last person I wanted to get to know today. I made my way to my class, sitting down in the first row, trying to be invisible. The teacher didn't see I was there, my luck.

During the lesson, the boys behind me threw paper into my hair and called me things you don't wanna be called. At the end I quickly stood up, packed my things and left as soon as I could. Tears were forming in my eyes, this is like Brisbane all over again. I thought I got gifted a new start, I guess I was wrong. I was looking at the the floor, close to crying, and then I bumped into something. I think it was the wall, but I don't think walls can get angry..
