It was awkward hanging around Gareki but I couldn't avoid him because Nei and Tsukomo would guess something was up.
But if Gareki wanted to hide in the closet then I didn't want to be with him.
"Yogi?" Tsukomo said from her spot next to me on the couch.
"Yeah?" I asked as I turned to look at her.
"Are you okay? you seem a little distant lately" she pointed out, resting her hand on my knee.
"Yeah, I'm fine" I said looking down at her with a wide grin on my face.
Fake of course.
"Okay good because I care about you" she said giving my knee a reassuring squeeze.
When I looked at Tsukomo I saw someone I could trust, and tell her anything.
"Tsukomo, can I tell you something" I asked and dropped my shoulders a bit.
"You can tell me anything" her gaze didn't leave mine.I thought of the ways I could tell her without freaking her out.
Suddenly she kissed me.
My eyes opened wide in shock, as I gasped she took that as an invitation to deepen the kiss.
I found myself kissing back, but it didn't feel right.
"Yogi?" Gareki's voice rang out through the room.
I pushed Tsukomo off of me, only to see Gareki leave.
"Wait, Gareki!" I yelled and ran after him down the hall.
I royally screwed up.
