*Brianna POV*

The next morning I woke up, changed into jeans and a shirt and headed out after checking on Abby who was sleeping peacefully.

I walked down the ever-winding corridors until I reached the door to Garrett's office... at least I hope it is.

I tapped on the door lightly and heard a soft, "Come in," before walking in.

"This is not Garrett's office," I said as I took in the room that I had walked into.

It was beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows and groups of couches set up around small coffee tables.

"No it isn't," said Jonah looking up from his phone and at me from his position on one of the couches.

"Well, maybe you can help me?" I said as I watched him intently as he rose from his seated position and began walking towards me.

"Maybe I can," he said as he wiggled his eyebrows.

What the hell? Wait .... no way?!

"Ew... that is not what I meant," I huffed as I stared at him.

"Are you sure?" he pressed as he reached for me with a pout on his face.

"Yes, now can you help me find something?" I demanded as I swatted away his reaching arms.

""Well, if it's the key to my heart, I've got it right here," he said as he mimed pulling out a key from his pocket and handing it to me.

What the hell is wrong with this guy? Yesterday he was acting like a complete robot, giving us orders and showing no compassion and now he's acting like a lovesick puppy.

"Um . . . Okay, I'm going to pretend you didn't just say that. As I was asking before you started acting all flirty and weird, I need your help -in a non-sexual way-. I'm looking for some ointment for-" I started.

"For you to help me out with my sore spots?" interjected Jonah gesturing at his, um . . . man parts .

"No you buffoon, its for the prisoners in the dungeons," I said getting frustrated.

"OK! No need to get your panties in a twist," said Jonah with a smirk as he reached behind me and placed his hand on the door.

"Um . . . What are you doing?" I asked getting nervous and backing into the door.

"Oh relax! I'm just trying to open the door," said Jonah as he moved out of the way and pulled the door open.

I followed behind him as he walked down the corridors, until we stopped in front of a large area set up like a hospital. Jonah walked over to a small cabinet set into the wall and pulled out a small tub of ointment and tossed it at me.

I caught it, which was kind of unexpected, and then examined it. It was a pretty small tub and there were quite a few prisoners, this probably won't be enough.

"Can I have another one? I don't think this is going to be enough," I said.

"Here you go," said Jonah tossing me another one.

This I wasn't as fortunate, I didn't catch it, instead it flew over my head and out into the corridor.

"Ouch!" came a loud voice from the corridor.

I quickly rushed out the door to investigate and spotted a groaning Abby on the floor.

Of course it was her :)

"Are you okay sweetheart?" I said crouching down to where Abby was sitting.

She didn't respond, so I reached for her head which she was clutching in pain.

"Abby? I need you to talk to me, okay sweetheart? Are you hurt?" I said as I tilted her head up.

"No shit I'm hurt. I just got nailed on the noggin by a flying thing," said Abby finally looking up.

"Okay, now how badly did it hurt?" I asked as I gingerly patted around her head.

"Oh boo, she'll be okay. I didn't even throw the tub that hard, " said Jonah from his leaning position against the wall.

"What about I throw this at your head and we'll see how much it hurts?" said Abby picking up the little tub and preparing to throw it at him.

"Yeah, I don't think so," I said as I picked the tub out of her hand and got up, pulling Abigail up in the process.

"Yeah, listen to your friends, sweetheart," said Jonah, venom dripping from his words.

"Now ladies, I suggest you go to your positions and begin your work . . . That is, if you want to keep your pretty little heads," said Jonah returning to his robot self before walking away from us.

Wow, this guy is having some serious mood swings. Wonder what's up with him? Poor guy, probably doesn't even understand what's going on in his own head:(

"Well, that was weird. But I'm going to the kitchen,'cause I don't want my pretty head to stay on my shoulders," said Abby sarcastically, shaking me out of my thoughts.

"Okay, I guess I better get going too," I said before giving Abby a hug.

The hug ended and then Abby trotted down the hallway towards the kitchen and I began making my way to the dungeons.

It shouldn't be too hard to locate, all I have to do is find a stench and follow it.

A/N

In case you are confused cause of the idiocy of my- I mean my amazzing work, let me explain.

So I was reading through the last chapter and talking to my friends and decided it was too short and I wanted to add something to make it better, but in order to add that I needed to cut the last chapter into two and have one short chapter and one really long chapter to preserve the flow of the story.

Anway the point is, - Idk, read whatever parts you think you should/want to and enjoy
