I just brought the last of my things in my room and I sat down on the floor. I looked around and thought about what I went through my first year of college

Shared a room
Moved
Had a huge falling out with some girls
Made Dean's list
Dated a few
Made some decisions
Gained a new person in my life
I was interrupted from my thoughts when my roommate came into my room.
"Maji!!!"
"Teria" I got up and gave her a hug
"Glad someone else is here. I'm tired of being here by myself"
"Yes girl. I just don't want to unpack"
"How about you do a little and I'll help. Then maybe we can relax"
"That sounds good. We can go to the mall soon"
3 hours later. My room was almost complete. I had changed and so did Teria. We was looking good. I grabbed my things and we went downstairs.
"Girl let's just show out"
I smirked at Teria
We both got into our cars and she led the way.
Oh the reason why we not riding together is because she not going back home afterwards.
15 minutes later we was pulling up to the mall. We parked next to each other and locked our doors as we walked together
We did a little shopping until we was stopped by some guys
"Maj wah gwan"
I looked up and saw the twins
I smiled and hugged both of them.
"Sak pase?" I asked them
We all started laughing.
"Boys this is my roommate Teria and these two are Ace and Deuce"
"Aye she finally called us that" Deuce said
I shook my head right along with Ace
"It's nice meeting you Teria" they said at the same time
We ended up going go karting with them and then getting food. We left them after that to do a little bit of shoppng.
"Girl they was fine"
"You can have them Teria."
"Why you not with them?" Teria asked
"Just because.. Oh this shirt is cute you should get it"
"Always changing the subject"
After we finished shopping, I went home to drop off my bags and then went food shopping.
Not even a minute after being in the store I ran into the whole Basketball team
"Majiiiiii"
I looked at them and shook my head
"Babymama where our son at?"
"Aye yo Maj you cheating on me"
I kept pushing the cart away from them and trying to lose them but they were right behind me laughing and being loud
"Aye Maj, how come you never called me back"
"Oh my gosh can ya stop please"
"Only if you make us dinner please Maji?"
I turned to look at them and they were all giving me the puppy look.
"Ya ugly but buy the food and be over my house in a hour"
I left them and grabbed what I needed. One followed me back to my apartment and helped me cook their food.
"Why ya always want me to cook for ya?" I asked Steven
"Cause you can cook Maji" Steven said as he ate his samplers of what I was cooking
"Nah forreal Maji, how come you never gave any of them a chance?"
"Let's be honest. The one I was checking for didn't see me as that. Then I started coming up and they want me now?"
"Maji it was never like that. Ya was always cozy. Once they found out they had a chance it was on. Well that's how they feel. You know you my lil sis and whatever you need. I got you"
I kissed Steven cheek.
"Thanks big bro."
Steven started putting me on snapshat saying "Lil sis in the kitchen. You know it about to be popping"
I laughed at him and gave him the finger
"Maji don't be coming out half dressed tomorrow for the welcome back"
"Do I ever?"
"Nah you never do. I just had to remind you"
By 10 I was home alone. I had done the dishes and finished my room. I laid on the couch watching Netflix. I definitely didn't want to be in my room. Just when I thought I had some peace and alone time my phone went off.

Maj come party with us
Just as I put my phone down my so called bestfriend and other roommate Nella walked in.
"Um excuse me why aren't you dressed?" Nella asked
"Because I'm busy at the moment"
"No Maj let's go"
"For what? I know everyone there"
"Yea you know everyone but I don't"
"It's ok they ain't all that. You can afford to miss some parties and so can I"
Next thing I know Nella had pulled me off the couch and into my room. She turned on the shower and started picking out my outfit.
15 minutes later we was pulling out the lot and en route to the party. I really didn't want to be there
