Symere
I woke up in the morning and my phone was dead. I got up and told Nella, I was going home to get our stuff and be back.
As soon as I got in the car I plugged up my phone and it turned on with so many notifications.
The first name that I saw was Symere
As I started the car he was calling again
"Hi Sy"
"Glad that you are ok but where the hell you been at?"
"Dad, Nella has Alcohol posioning and I'm leaving to go home now to grab some things"
"Sorry sis. How is she?"
"She ok I guess. She was going back to sleep when I was leaving"
"Ight I'll meet you at your place then"
I hung up on Symere and drove to my apartment.
I pulled up infront of my building and Sy was leaning against his car. I parked next to his
"Sis, who gave you the drinks or her?"
"I was behind Don in the line and he grabbed three. I took two and gave them both to Nella. Not sure if she had anything else. I don't think she ate" I said as I walked into the house with Sy right behind me.
"Oh Ok. " Symere helped himself in the kitchen and I plugged up my phone and took a shower. I got dressed and went in Nella room and grabbed some of her stuff. I came out to the kitchen and found Sy cooking.
"Do you even cook at your house?"
"No I don't have food like that"
"Why is that Symere?"
"Semajay I don't go food shopping"
"You act like we don't have money to go food shopping. Ma, dad, grandma, grandpa, uncle and the rest of them be throwing money at us. So whats the excuse"
We looked at each other as my phone rung
"Look its your mother calling me now" I answered the phone
"Hel" I couldn't even finish saying Hello
"Semaj what the hell is wrong with you. Had me worrying because you have not called me to let me know that you made it safe"
Mere started laughing
"GMa I'm sorry"
"Who is that? Why they think it's funny? Had me a worrying about my baby. Did she make it there safe?"
"It's your favorite ma" I put the phone down as I put her on speaker and started to eat some of Symere food
"Oh Symere you think this is funny? You ain't called either. I didn't teach ya parents right but I know I raised ya right. Don't understand what the problem?
"Grandma we truly are sorry. I called ma and dad and told them I made it safe. Thought they told you. Oh Semaj don't know how to call anyone either. I saw her yesterday but ain't hear from her until now" Mere just ratted me out
"Semaj you think you grown now?'
"Ma, Nella got sick at the party and I just came back from the hospital. Been there with her"
"Oh I told you stop being around that girl. But what's wrong with her. Hope she is ok"
"Grandma you rude. But Maji said she good just has Alcohol poisoning"
"Well kids I got to go. Love ya" Gma hung up and I just shook my head at Symere
"Grandma a trip"
"She really is but it's thank to you"
"Nah Maj you fake live with her"
"Yea but who always over teaching her something new"
"You right"
Symere finished his food and we left. I went back to the hospital and he went where he was going. I walked into the hospital seeing Nella laid up with her ex. I walked in and brought her her stuff. They both jumped
"Maj it not what it looks like."
"It's cool. Here is your things and I'm leaving" I put Nella things down and I left.
On the outside I looked fine but on the inside I was hurting. I just had to get out of there before I caught a case. I just dont understand people. There is more to this and ya will find out later.
I got in my car and ended up at Steven crib. I was so happy that he had a studio. I ended up smoking with him and we fell asleep
4 hours later I woke up wrapped in his arms. I kissed his cheek grabbed my things and left. I bumped into Don walking to my apartment. He looked at me and kept it pushing
