Neji: It has been. Why?

Me:-Sniffles- I can't help it~ This school is stressful.

Neji: Ah.

Me: But have no fear! I will try my best to update when I can and maybe post new stories~!

"(Y/n)-chan, just talk to him~" Naruto whined, making you roll your eyes and go back to your sketching; which, coincidently, was of the same person your best friend was talking about. You and Naruto have been friends since you were in the first grade. Over the years, you two had caused a number of pranks to various people and made other friends. You had helped Naruto talk to his school crush, a couple years ago, while unfortunately, you still couldn't really talk to yours. Which brings you back to the conversation at hand.

"Naru, you know I want to," You responded with the nickname you gave him, while not looking up from your sketchbook, "but it's not that simple."

"Oh come one! We're in our junior year of high school and still can't talk to Neji by yourself." Naruto shot back, slamming his head against his desk in frustration, which made a couple other students look at you two. You ignored them however and giggled at Naruto's silliness. He just looked back up at you and said, "I just think that you should talk to him. You got me to talk to Hinata-chan."

"That's different though, besides, you two won't even make it official yet. Why do you want me to talk to Neji-san so bad, anyway?"

"I'm waiting for the right time to ask her father, first. And just think about it, if you two got to know each other a little bit more, then eventually, you'll go out and possibly get married. We can be cousins then!"

"N-Naru!" You yelped, finally looking up from your sketchbook, in shock and your (s/c) cheeks turning a deep red. Eventhough, Naruto was loud with his statement, you couldn't help but look around the classroom to see if anyone heard you two. Thankfully, because you both sat in the back of the class, in a corner, no one was paying attention and you sighed in relief, before looking back at the blond, "You have such a wild imagination."

"You and I both know that my imagination is just slightly above average. And don't try to change the subject, (Y/n)-chan. I want my ship damn it." He replied in a childish manner and made you flustered all over again, because of the fact that since you look at so many fandoms, that you knew what he was talking about.

Before you could reply though, the lunch bell rang and you quickly put your stuff away and pulled out your lunch, while Naruto did the same thing, but was mumbling things about how he wanted his ship to come to life. Smirking, you rolled your eyes and both of you headed to the cafeteria to meet up with the rest of your friends.

When you arrived, you were surprised to find out that none of your friends had arrived yet, so Naruto decided to let you find a table to sit and he went of on a journey to find the rest of the group. Shrugging it off, you made your way over to a clean lunch table, that was big enough for everyone, near a window and proceeded to sit down. As you opened your lunch, a chicken wrap, you took out your sketchbook from your bag, opened it, and continued on what you were working on while nibbling at your food.
