The rush of air flying through your fur. That's why I run, not because I have to. Being told 'You have to run or you won't look like you were attacked.' Doesn't give me reason to run. No it's the speed, power, and pure joy that the wind creates that gives me reason to run.
"Edward!" A high pitched scream caused me to jump up from my bed of hay and stand upright.
"Yes mam?" I asked. The giggling that followed made me realize where I was and I quickly covered myself with the blanket I had been sleeping under.
"Honestly Ed! Someday you're going to embarrass someone besides me and yourself!" the woman in front of me giggled as my face became hot.
"Maybe if you would stop barging in on me!" I shouted.
"Ed I am you're riser you should respect me." The woman playfully whined.
"Carrie I don't need a riser." I protested.
"Well the alpha requires that all runners have a riser. So you're stuck." Carrie jabbed.
"Until we find our mate.' I corrected.
"If only I were your mate." She sighed. "I have seen you enough to do wonder's" Carrie giggled as my face became hot.
"Get out!" I growled. Goddess I hope I find my mate soon.

Hai!!!! hope you guys enjoyed this section. I'm sorry that Wind in the blade isn't updating. i lost the spark on that... but i have been reading a lot of wolf books and I think its about time we have a book that dosn't have the alpha as the focusing point...... Also please! To all twilight fans!!!!! I used the first name that came into my head! I didn't realize I was using Edward until one of my friends pointed it out! It is 100% not intended to reference the books in anyway and I have no intention of having (pardon my language) SPARKLING FUCKING VAMPIRES!!!! and in all honesty this is a werewolf book.....
