The fields are located all around the village with their sizes varying according to their use. The largest of the fields are used for growing beans, which can be considered the primary food for the villagers. I decided to go precisely to these fields because between the two largest fields was the barn, the only place I could stay safe at night.

While most of the beasts were violent and meat eating, some of them ate leafs and grass. These beasts were called the Gahi, they were strong, three-legged beasts that were used for physical labor. They were used mainly in fields because of the weights that they could handle but couldn't be used as mounts as they were rather slow.

The barns were two big wooden structures where the Gahi were tied up at night. It mainly had two functions other than keeping the beasts. One was to store the hay for the beasts and the other was for breeding them. There were wooden logs kept on the ground to distinguish the areas for sleeping, breeding and storing.

I went to the larger barn, sat in the store area and tried to feel mana again. It was relatively easy this time around as the concentration on mana in this area was relatively higher than in my shed. One drop of mana was easily absorbed in my skin and I again felt it gather in my chest region. However, I didn't wait for five minutes this time and immediately went for another drop. When The second drop touched my skin, I could feel a sense of control over it. I tried to see what would happen if I tried sending it out again. I could feel it moving towards my palm but right after reaching my palm it burst. The skin of my palm was burnt but I only felt as if I was lightly hit by a stick on my palm. What surprised me though was that I could sense the remaining energy in my body reaching the wound and healing it. This whole process took less than three minutes but I could feel the energy of both the drops gone.

I decided to stop trying to send it out and instead check how much I could absorb at once. I started gathering it into my chest region and slowly the mana in my body increased. After absorbing around 15 drops, I could faintly feel that a few drops were tying to leave my body, but were trapped inside. I didn't stop and kept absorbing mana at a faster pace. After about 10 drops more, all the mana in my body started revolting and just when I was about to send a couple drops out, all the mana suddenly shot out of my body in all directions and I fell unconscious.
