Love doesn't have an exact definition, does it? Love is an illusion made by our brain. Our brain tells us that the people we love, we love them because we have similarities with them. There is no "opposites attract", and there is no "love at first sight". Because love is a very vague concept that comes to people differently. You can ask one person for their definition of love and they might say- "it's a warm feeling that you share with the one you love." However, another could say- "love is something that you feel to only fill in for something else." Love is hard to explain. The dictionary and Google don't know everything, there's a reason some people die alone.
