Chapter 11

"Oh my God" Natalie shouts as she jumps from the couch she was lying on making Rolfe watch the girl run in and out of their room.

"Rolfe" she shouts as she pokes her head out of the door asking him to hurry but he just looks her way in boredom, as he refuses to drive her anywhere.

"Come on, get up we need to hurry"

"What is it this time? A shopping spree, a spa appointment or..."

"Very funny but this is serious"

"Oh ya, shock me"

"My father is dead" she states making him laugh before he stops as he realizes what she just said, he springs from his seat at once and walks her way to hug her but she just steps away from him.

"I just changed my dress, hurry" she walks out making him hurry as well.

"I am sorry Natalie, I did not mean to laugh, I was..."

"Rolfe, just drive please" she states emotionlessly which makes him feel even guiltier.

"Is the funeral at your house or?" he asks as he did not know where to go.

"Who cares about his funeral take me to the lawyer's office"

"Excuse me"

"His lawyer's office, my father's will is being read in a few minutes and I need to be there soon," she states as she gives him the address.

"Natalie, I know you are in shock about..."

"You are right shock is the right word, how dare he name everything inn Star's name after everything I have gone through" she grits through her teeth as she stares ahead and Rolfe keeps quiet not knowing what to say.

"I will see you later," Natalie shouts as she jumps out at once when the car stops and walks towards the stairs in a hurry.

"Where is that bastard?" Natalie shouts as she at once enters the lawyer's office to find her little sister Rea sitting with an irritated look.

"Ah Nuts, well"

"How dare he name everything in Star's name?" she shouts interrupting the lawyer who gulps.

"Umm, Nuts I think"

"Where is that bastard?"

"On vacation" Rea sighs as she stares at her sister who curses.

"You have got to be shitting me. You, call him" she growls as she makes her way towards the lawyer who gets up from his seat but she pushes him down before slamming her heel covered foot in between his legs near his groin as a warning.

"Or this will be the last will you will read to anyone" she threatens as she passes him the phone.

"Nuts, I have watched you grow"

"That must be an experience enough to let you know not to mess with me"

"I cannot reach your father, he said..."

"I heard what he said, and now he will have to listen to what I say" she finalizes asking him to dial her father's number she is sure he knows.

"Nuts" her father's voice is heard after a sigh.

"Why is the will out before we buried you?" she asks as she takes the phone away from the lawyer and takes a seat with her legs crossed on top of the table.

"Nuts, you will..."

"Uh-uh, you named everything in Star's name, after everything I have been through?"
