Mitch's POV
The next day, I drove Scott back home with Cassie. It was a long and boring journey back home, so I decided to grab a coffee from Starbucks.
"Hey Scott. Do you want a coffee from Starbucks? Cuz I need one right now." I said dramatically when I said 'right now'.
"Um... Cassie, do you want?" Scott asked.
"Oh, coffee? No thanks." Cassie replied.
"Then I don't want too. Thanks for asking anyways, Mitchell." Scott replied kindly.
Ughhh! I just couldn't stand how Scott treats Cassie like his sister. Well, I know Scott only remembers Cassie but shouldn't he be hanging out with the people who knows him better or his childhood friends? I just felt that Scott's treating me like a stranger... Total stranger.
I don't even feel like getting coffee now. Goodbye, Starbucks.
"Then I'm not gonna get one too" I said, feeling disappointed.
Every time, Scott will ask me if I want coffee but now I'm the one who asked him.
We reached home after an hour or so and showed Scott where everything is.
" Mitchell, can we go shopping tomorrow?" Scott asked when I showed him Cassie's room.
Firstly, Scott don't usually call me Mitchell but either Mitch or Mitchie. Secondly, I bet we are going shopping for Cassie's room.
"Yeah, yeah. We need to buy furniture for Cassie's room. Whatever, I knew it." I said while walking to my room.
I felt so fed up. But then I realized I'm mad and annoyed by Cassie.
Cassie's POV
The very next morning, we went to Ikea to buy furniture for my room. We bought quite a lot of stuff and decorated my room once we went back. It was fun hanging out with them, but I don't think Mitch is enjoying this.
At night, Mitch made some kind of sandwich while I helped to cut the vegetables.
"Hey Cassie! Come watch this!"
It was Scott shouting from the living room.
"Errr... I can't! I'm making dinner with Mitch!" I shouted.
"Okayyyyyyy!" he replied.
I continued cutting the vegetables after that.
"Um.... Mitch...." I called.
"Yeah?" he replied.
"How do you met Scott?" I asked.
"Oh. I met him since we were young. Nothing much, just best friends till now." he replied with a smile on his face.
He smiled! That was the first smile he ever did in this week!
"Yay! You smiled!" I said.
"Huh?" He was confused I think.
"You hadn't been smiling for a week. And now you finally smiled! Yay!" I said while I danced around with the vegetables I'm holding.
"Oh, haha. Thanks for making me smile. And carefully with that vegetable, don't drop it on the floor!" he joked.
After cooking dinner and joking around with Mitch, we ate our dinner and watch a bunch of Sup3rfruit videos. I just love how they end the video with the 'GOODBYE'~~~
