Wang Chi Ang's P.O.V.

It was a normal day, filled with random people behind me. Sure I see them everyday, but I have no idea what their names are or why they keep following me whenever I come to the airport. I don't see what could go wrong on the way from the flight to my own house, but my father insisted I have at least two guards, a dozen maids or something, and ten extra idiots to take care of me. As I strolled past the International Arrivals section of the place, I noticed the same ten idiots in black running hurriedly to my direction.

I rolled my eyes and heaved a sigh. "Here we go again. So annoying," I muttered under my breath. One of the men, sorry, idiots, stepped out of the rank and beamed at me. I looked at his childish smile with disinterest, until an advertisement poster behind him caught my attention.

On the board stood a silver-haired man, roughly my age, standing confidently as he side-glanced to his right in a superior way. I couldn't help but mock his stupid pose.

"What's up with that punk." I asked the head idiot standing about a meter away from me. I look at him for an answer. "Is he the model for Sang Hee Group?"

"Yes, sir."

"Didn't I tell you to change it to white?"

"The chairman said to leave it as it is." He replied.

Oh.

"My father?" I asked to confirm.

"Yes."

Oh.

"Ah! I told him to leave it alone." I hope my voice didn't sound as unconvincing I thought. "Looking at it now, it's not so bad." But thankfully, from the looks on their dumb faces, some seemed to have swallowed in my fake truth. The other half, as I look at them now, were mocking me.

How dare they.

I narrowed my eyes at them. "Go back. I don't need you guys to protect me."

"Young Master," Head idiot suddenly came in front of me and continued. "It's the chairman's specific order."

'These half-wits.' I thought to myself. I turned around to face the crowd whom my father hired to stay with me. "You leave as well!" Turning my back to them, I continued. "Do you think I don't know that you're all my father's spies?" To my satisfaction, most lowered their gazes to the floor. "Get going!" I yelled at them. Again, head idiot stepped in.

"Then our concert security team will be responsible for your protection." I looked at him scrutinisingly. This jerk thought he could control me like that?

"Whatever." My rude agreement seemed to have enlightened him, because as soon as I closed my mouth, his opened wider.

"Maybe it's because you're mother is Korean, but you speak Korean very well!" He said and let out a small laugh.

I glared at him until he shut his mouth, and then neared him with threatening steps. I was dangerously close to him, until I could hear his breathing coming out in short, nervous intervals.

"It seems you know a lot about me." I said to him in a sly, soft tone. He seemed to have taken the hint this time.

"I'm sorry, sir. Please forgive me." He lowered his head and his gaze. I gave him one last piercing stare and strode past him, ignoring the scared looks everyone was giving him. Head idiot followed right behind.

"Okay sir. So the concert will start at 5pm."

I wonder what mom is doing now.

"You can tour the city a bit before you go."

I hope she's alright.

"Mr. Wang Chi Ang, what kind of food do you enjoy?"

I approached a motorcycle, it's keys still in the ignition. "I'll see you later then." I didn't need to look at him, because I already heard his heart dropping to the hard, cold concrete floor we stood on. Well he stood on. I was now sitting on the bike.

"But w-wait, Mr. Wang Chi Ang," I didn't need to look at him, because I could already feel the wind of his frantic hands as it motioned towards a busy carpark I'd rather not go to. "We prepared transportation to escort you to the hotel."

"Okay," I put on the helmet, completely ignoring the poor bastard. "Let's see what this baby can do."

"W-wait sir."

Sighing heavily, I finally gave him my full attention. In his hands lay a golden-coloured box. "This is your VIP card for your stay here." He took it out, a proud smile on his face. "It would be greatly appreciated if you could use this while you're-"

I'll probably regret this later, but I did it anyway. I snatched the card from his hands and took off, leaving a trail of invisible dust behind. I didn't need to look at his face, because I already heard his screams of greetings as I left him behind.

As I sped through the highway on the way to the hotel I was supposed to be staying at, I took in my time to observe the sight before me. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, letting my mind wander a little, before opening them again. The fresh air circulated my lungs before exhaling. Air escaped my mouth in a gust. After a moment or so, I steadied myself to go to greater speeds.

I shut the visor in front of my face and sped ahead, unable to wait until I reached that hotel.

Hope you liked the first chapter! I'm really sorry for delaying this story. I have big plans for this, honestly. I'm just over-worrying and thinking a lot but then I read your comments and I thought: ugh never mind I'll just start right away and go with it. By the way, this story will not end like the drama (because I really hated the ending, I'm going to change it).
