Chapter 5 Safety Off

Hunter and I train everyday now, since my first deal is coming up soon. I'm not scared. Not as much as I should be apparently. We're dealing with a smaller, mercyless gang. Even though the are small whenever I say their name the compound falls silent. I've picked up quite a lot of information on them too. We've lost a lot of men dealing with them, but they deal pretty legit stuff. They know what they have and how much it's worth, and if you don't want to pay the price they shoot. It's that simple.

Hunter aims at me everyday, and I dance around the bullets. The thing about the gang I was going to deal with tomorrow was that they had guns and they could shoot, as long as you didn't move. IF worse came to worse I would grab the drugs and run, and forget the payment. If they wanted to shoot I was gonna fight back.

The deal is today, and I'm nervous as fuck.  Hunter gives me an outfit to wear (on side) which isn't innocent at all. I thought the whole point of kidnapping me was to be the innocent looking badass, but apparently not. I rather wear this anyway. The only problem was the heels, because honestly they were killing me. Hunter trained me for about another hour while I was wearing the outfit. I was a few seconds slower because of the heels, but not one bullet grazed me.  Hunter explained the plan in the car on the way to the alley where the deal was taking place. The plan was fairly simple; get the drugs for as cheap as possible without getting killed. I also needed to make sure the drugs were fucking real or I was dead when I got back to the compound. I was also told never to turn my back or they'll shoot. I was to take the case and drop it in the porthole at the end of the alley. There will be a guy waiting down there to receive it. Then it was my job to get out of the alley while breathing. Fairly simple, if you looked at it all the wrong ways. Honestly it wasn't simple at all and I was scared as fuck.

I finished hiding my weapons in my clothes as we approached the rendezvous point. I started with hiding my switchblade in my left boot. Then I hid a small handgun in my bra, as well as black brass knuckles on my right hand. I kept a nail file hidden in my left sleeve in case I was put in handcuffs. Hunter dropped me off about a mile from the alley way,

"didn't want to be followed," he said.

I knew the city well enough to find a faster route. I went into an apartment building and climbed the stairs to the roof. After jumping a few roofs -which is difficult in heels let me tell you. I saw the well known dealer on the ground in the alleyway. His messy brown hair was familiar but I couldn't remember why. I climbed down the fire escape, not bothering to use the stairs, landing in the middle of the alleyway.

The familiar man had sunglasses on, but I knew he was watching me. As he looked me over I scanned the alley for hidden shooters. I didn't find any, but I was still highly alert. Soft footsteps came up behind me, making the familiar guy smirk. I grinned back before spinning around and doing a reverse-crescent kick. There were two guys. The second one was momentarily stunned that I had caught him sneaking behind me, which gave me some time. I kicked him in the back of his knee, before snapping his neck while he was on the ground. Now I returned facing the familiar man.

"I'm here to negotiate on the behalf of the Vipers, before I give you money I want to see the product," I say in a monotone.

"Well you're definitely a hot little thing aren't you, but here test the product all you like. The price stays at $6,000," he states while throwing a briefcase at me.

I take the switchblade out of my boot and slice a small bag. I rub the cocaine between my fingers, and surprisingly it's higher quality than Hunter thought it would be. I pout pretending to be disappointed in the product. I quietly gauge his reaction; he frowns as I close the brief case and set it down.

"3,000 dollars is my offer, it's not as high a quality as I thought it would be," I say dangerously.

"Half price? I don't think you know who you're dealing with girl, that is high quality!"

His voice rises, and I can tell I've got to him. A bead of sweat drips down his temple; he's nervous causing me to smirk.

"I know exactly who I'm dealing with, and I know the Vipers wouldn't hesitate to take you out. $3,500 take it or leave it," I talk casually, just to worry him more.

"F-fine just give me the money so I can get out of here."

I pull the money from my jacket and give him the exact amount, after I drop the briefcase down the porthole; now I just had to get out of here. A bullet grazes my right arm, after I give him the money. Fuck, there were people in the damn windows. I wince at the pain, but start to climb the fire escape. In the process I pull out the handgun from my bra. I spot the shooter right away, and take him out. Then I look down at the dealer, just as he pulls his own gun out, but before he can aim to shoot my bullet meets the hand with the gun. He still might die, but maybe not. The man and his gun fall to the ground simultaneously. He might have lost his hand, but I could honestly care less. I jump the roofs back to the rendezvous point, and wait for Hunter.

~~

"You got that much high quality cocaine for only $3,500?" Hunter says obviously impressed.

"Yeah, so?" I ask honestly confused why this is such a big deal.

"'Yeah, so' Man you really are something," He says while shaking his head, "And you said you killed 3 guys too? We ll we might have to put you in the force."

"W-what is the force?" I am honestly scared what he's gonna make me do now.

"Oh shit! Why didn't you tell me you were bleeding? I guess a bullet grazed you, huh?" He's mildly alarmed that I'm bleeding, and I can't find a reason why he would care that much.

"What the fuck is the force Hunter?!"
