Chapter 9- Tour Bus

We went onto the tour bus and unpacked our bags. We were sharing a room with Lou, the hairdresser, and her baby Lux but they didn’t seem to mind one bit. We sat around the living room table and I suggested we played a game, so we played spoons, a game of cards that involves grabbing spoons from the middle of the table once you have 4 cards the same. The person who is last with no spoon to grab is out! It can get quite violent!!

 “Louis, you cant cheat.” I said whilst holding my cards closer to me so he didnt look at them.

 “Im not im just seeing what you have” Louis replayed with a massive grin on his cheeky, cute face.

 “Umm I think that is called cheating” I replied smiling in his face. 

 We finished playing the game and guess who won, yes Louis, only because he cheated.

 “Who wants tea its nearly 9pm, I’m starving” Niall asked us all

 “Meeee” we all replied!

 We ordered Dominoes pizza and Niall ate loads and all the left overs,how did one boy eat so much but still stay as thin as he is.

 “I’m off to bed, night everyone” Liam said walking to his room.

 “Yeah so am I, goodnight” Harry said getting up.

We all went to sleep. I had to sleep on the floor as Lauren was taking all the room on a double bed and it was getting really hot and uncomfortable. I was suddenly aware of footsteps, I opened my eyes properly to look at the time, it was 2.30am. Who is up at this time? I tried to get back to sleep but I was too awake, so I got up off the floor and went to get a drink. I saw a shadow in the living room. Should I go and see who it was? Nervously I walked towards the living room.

 “Sorry I didnt mean to bother you I just needed a drink” I whispered nervously as I was still getting used to the light.

 “Its okay I cant sleep either, you can join me if you want?” Louis replied tapping the sofa next to him.

 I got my drink and sat next to him.

 “Can I ask you a question Louis” I asked 

 “Yeah sure anything” He replied

 “Do you get tired of being famous. people taking pictures and stalking you.” I said feeling a little less nervous.

 “Umm sometimes, but its all part of my job, it pleases the fans and we wouldn’t be anything without the fans.”Louis replied looking at me.

I could feel myself getting hotter, as the tour bus was really hot anyway, but the way Louis looked at me when he said that, made me blush!

 “Its getting hot in here, do you want to go outside,”Louis said me getting up from the sofa and going towards the tour bus door.

 “Umm sure it is hot in here” I replied getting up.

 We walked outside and sat on the grass, we stopped near a petrol station that was really quiet.

 “I love looking at the stars, the’re so beautiful”I said regretting it as soon as I had opened my mouth, that must of sounded so cheesy! Now I was blushing again, but Louis didn’t seem to notice this time.

 “I know, I used to always look at the stars with my mum when I was young, Dont tell anyone, none of the boys know.” He told me laughing.

 “You boys are so close, do you do everything together?.” I asked Louis.

 “So many questions, let me ask you some!”he said sitting closer to me so now we were almost touching, my tummy felt like I was on a rollercoaster.

 “Okay, what do you what to know” I replied, trying to sound cool and calm!

 “Umm, when is your birthday?” 

 “November 15 1996“

“So that makes you seventeen and nearly eighteen, in one month, is that correct? ” Louis asked in a jokey way

 “aww someones good at maths” I answered back.

 “Yep what can I say, I went to school! How many sibling do you have?” he asked 

 “Well  6 brothers and 5 sisters but they dont all live at home. ”I replied smiling looking across at him to see his expression.

 “Ooow thats alot, you must live in a mansion” He replied

 “Yeah we have a big house but not a mansion, I bet you live in a mansion?”

 “Nop, I live in a big flat on my own”

 “Does it ever get boring or lonely, just you?”

 “Well it would but I’m never there, I’m always on tour or at my house in Doncaster”. Louis said getting up from the spot and taking my hand. “Let go for a walk its getting a bit cold just sitting there

I got up and I was still holding his hand! It felt so unreal I didnt really know what to do or think. I was getting a bit tired and knew they had a long day ahead of them, as they had a performance and had some interviews to do. Do the right thing I told myself.

 “I better be getting to bed, you have a long day tomorrow” I said, reluctantly letting go of his hand and walking to the tour bus. I opened the door and looked behind me.

 “Night Louis thanks for bringing me on the tour with you, you are amazing” I said smiling and walking to the end of the bus.

I lay down on the floor, more awake than ever, replaying in my mind the look he had given me and that 30 seconds when I had held hands with Louis from One Direction!!
