Another chance

Making our way toward the Land of Waves!

Nana's pov

I was walking a good distance away from my team, when I felt the splash of water from a puddle.

What the hell? Aw man my foots wet now.

I felt a pair of arms wrap around my midsection and pulled me into safety as two ninjas came out of nowhere. I turned back to evaluate the situation when I see Sensei cut into pieces, my breathing becomes uneven when I see the bloody chunks on the floor. I tried to hold in my bile as it rose and burned my throat.

I sensed one of the ninjas going toward Sakura while her back was turned trying to protect Tazuna, on complete instinct I lounged so fast, chakra pumping into my legs, that the shear impact into the stomach of the enemy ninja was enough to knock us both unconscious.

No one's pov

Nana's body had collapsed on top of one of the demon twins, both knocked out. Sasuke charged at the remaining ninja with a sharpened kunai, and countered every move. Before anything got to serious Kakashi jumped from the trees and hit the enemy ninja at the pressure point behind his neck causing him to be paralyzed from the neck down. Kakashi then tied both Ninja to a tree and proceeded to question the ninjas motives.

"Tazuna can I speak to you in private?"

"A-aah yeah"

The two walked away from the team to discuss much needed answers.

While Sakura and the others quickly shifted their attention to the unconscious body of their teammate lying on the ground.

Rhea was the first to react by picking Ari up and setting them up on her back,

"Come on the land of waves is still pretty far"

"...right.." The team chorused.

"Oi I'm confused?" Naruto spoke,

"With?" Rhea answered.

"What do I uh address you by?"

"Hmm...good question....you can all call me Rhea, unless I'm on a mission please refer to me as Mongoose."

"Hai!"

With that Kakashi and Tazuna walked back to the group. Kakashi was the first to speak,

"so this mission has been bumped up to a B rank mission, for our safety we must return to Konoha."

"WHAT NO WAY KAKASHI SENSEI WE CAN DO THIS DATTEBAYO!"

"Hn...yeah what the dobe said"

"Sensei we can handle this!"

"YEAH!(Dattebayo!)" the conscious members of team seven yelled.

While a groan could be heard from Ari.

"Fine fine very well, but if anything hap-"

"THANKS SENSEI, LETS GO!"(hn,CHA,Dattebayo!)"

With that team 7 continued toward the land of waves.

Naruto had thrown a shuriken at a bush; a white rabbit had jumped out shaking.
