"Where is that stupid American?! He's stalling the meeting on purpose, I swear!" England thought to himself. Germany refused to start until everyone was present and that included that bloody American.
Noticing that everyone was miserable England took out his telephone to call the idiot. Everyone watched as he typed in the digits. It rang several times before a someone answered.
"Oui, who is zhis?" A young female voice called out. Music could be heard in the background but the lyrics were not understandable.
Arthur looked around and saw that Francis had the same shocked as everyone else in the room. If the frog was here than who was talking?
"Anyone zhere?"
"I'm looking for Alfred. Is he there?"
The was static for a minute before a response came. "Oui, one minute Monsuier." A minute or two passed before the American's loud voice bursted out.
"Sup Iggy, why'd you call?"
England was about to respond before Germany beat him to it.
"Jou vhere supposed to be here an hour ago! Vhat are you even doing!"
"I'm setting up for a party, dude. I'll be absent for the rest of the week if that's okay with you guys."
"You bloody git! I thought I raised you better! You can't just throw away your responsibilities to party!"
"It's an important party. Your British Iggy, you wouldn't understand."
"Did you just insult me you little-"
"Pops you might need to separate Virginia and Pennsylvania. They're fighting about who's West's real parent again." A different voice spoke out from Alfred's side of the receiver.
"Alfred who is zhat?" Francis asked. "And what do zhey mean by Virginia and Pennsylvania?"
"Nobody Frenchie. It's no big deal." America's answered was rushed and worry was prominent in his voice. "Look, I have to go. If you want to come I'll send someone to pick you up from D.C. airport at 2 tomorrow, bye!"
The call ended and the countries were left to think.Who was going to America?
