Arianna's POV'

today I was going to the mall with my girls. They want to meet some boys. God help me. I'm done with boys. After all these stupid relationships, I'm done. I'm going to be a single cat lady.

I decided to take a shower before I went to the mall. I put on some Bryson Tiller and some Breezy. You know i gotta get lit. I stepped in the shower and all those thoughts came back into my head. Out of nowhere i started crying, thinking back to all those times boys hurt my heart. I wiped my tears and tried to hurry and take a shower.

I came out and went into my room. I covered myself with the best smelling Victoria Secret body lotion. After that I put on some matching underwear. I had picked my outfit yesterday. It was some light blue ripped jeans, with a black halter top and a green bomber jacket. I placed each clothing piece on my body.

I looked at myself in the mirror, and I gotta say I look pretty good. I put on my Legend Blues and sat on the edge of my bed. After a while I heard the doorbell ring like 30 times. I ran as fast as I could downstairs to stop the ringing. I opened the door and it was the squaddd.

"ayeee Ma you look dumb cute." says Nagely.

"Mann babygirl you look so poppin." yells Keka.

"Hella heart eyes for you." cries Jailyn.

"Oh yaaasss baby." says Maryellis.

"You finna attract 20 boys looking like how you looking." says Cameron.

I blushed so much. "Thankssss babesssss but I don't look that good ya gassing me."

They all punched my arms. I groaned and rubbed my arms. They hate when I'm insecure.
"Aigh we out righ?" Said Nagely.

"Ma I'm going to the mall with the squad I'll be back later love you." I yelled to my mom.

We walked out the door and hopped inside Keka's Mom's car.

When we arrived to the mall, we immediately went inside Against All Odds. That's the squad's favorite store. I saw this really cute baseball jersey from far. I ran to it and when I reached to get it, I felt someone's hand land right on mine. I turned my head to this person. It was a boy. Around my age. He was really cute. But EW LOVE NAH.

"Sorry." I said. He smiled and said "it's no problem Ma."

I smiled to be nice. I tried to reach for the jersey but it was too high. He reached over and grabbed two jerseys. He grabbed my hand and lead me to the cash register. I saw him paying the two jerseys. I stopped his hand from giving the employee the money.

"Oh my gosh, no you don't have to buy me one." He looked at me and smiled "I want too."

I didn't want a stranger to waste money on me so I gave the worker $20. The boy took my money and put it in my pocket. I stopped trying to pay because he wasn't going to let me anyway. He gave me the bag with my jersey inside.

"You really didn't have to do that." I said. "Don't worry about it love."

He looked at me then at the ground shyly. "What?" I chuckled. "I gave you the jersey, so I should get something in return, like maybe your number?" He smiled sheepishly. I laughed.

"Mmm...sure." I gave him my number and I left back to my squad. They saw the whole thing and they were making aww sounds and all those kind of things. I rolled my eyes thinking about love.

"Let's get something to eat BRUH I'm hungry." said Jailyn. We all laughed and walked to the food court.
