Jessa.

"I blame you." I pointed a finger at Luke before plopping down onto the floor, not caring if anyone gives us glares.

Luke plopped down beside me but with a different expression on his face, "Well, I wasn't the one who ran away without direction." He said and laid his chin onto his knuckle as he smile lazily at me.

I glared at him and scoffed, "Well I'm sorry that I was just so ecstatic to be walking around Paris."

He kept his smile on, "Is it because of that or is it because I made you nervous?" He asked.

My eyes went wide at his question before I scoffed once again, "Whichever reason you think sounds realistic." I answered coolly as if his second reason wasn't effecting me at all.

He smirked, "I'll go for the second reason."

I glared at him.

Before I could even give him a sassy remark, the king kong of Paris came.

Luke scrunched his eyebrows at me before he burst out laughing, "Are you hungry?" He asked in between laughs.

I swear to god, my face turned crimson, "No." Then my stomach went and betray me.

Luke laughed louder which gained us glares from the people walking behind us.

I glared at Luke and punch his arm which wasn't very helpful since he was still laughing.

I groaned, "Shut up, Luke. You're getting a heck lot of attention with your geeky laugh." I grumbled in annoyance at him.

Luke was still laughing but in a more hushed tone, "Sorry, sorry." He snickered, "You're just so adorable with your grumbling tummy." He said.

My eyes widened and my face became crimson once again.

"S-shut up." I awkwardly ordered him as I got up from my seat from the floor and started to walk.

I heard Luke getting up from where he sat as well, "Do you know where you're going?" He chuckled.

Oh Luke's just a ball of laughter today isn't he?

Then I recalled back what he said, "Oh." I mumbled to myself.

My cheeks tinted pink again before I crossed my arms, "Do you know where we should go?" I asked hoping for at least a shrug or a 'no' so I can sass him.

"Yeah, I've been to Paris before and I kinda remember where my favourite spots are." He answered.

Now I feel dumb.

"So," he extended a hand, "wanna go get some food?" He asked, waiting for me to take his hand.

I was tempted to reach my hand out to grab his but I wasn't that tempted.

I scoffed, "Just lead the way, Blondie. Don't have to hold my hand." I said with folded arms.

He still smiled as he dropped his hand, "Okay, Jess." He said before turning to walk.

I followed him close behind and not long after, Luke stopped walking.

He turned around to face me, "At least walk beside me."

My eyes widen for the thousandth time, "O-um, okay." I stuttered before slowly dragging my feet to stand by his side.

This is going to be awkward.

"How's your food?" Luke asked which made all this sound like a formal-ish date.

I nodded awkwardly, "It's fine." I answered.
