The Armory/Dungeon

Parn's Pov

"Well I'm glad we're out of there now,let's never ever ever EVER go in there again!" Emily said smiling towards me but I know for a fact she's probably freaked out by Chi, any normal human would be if they saw a 10 foot spider trying to kill you, for me, Chi's just a brat whining until she gets what she wants. More of a pawn in a game of chess that has no winner......like me. 

"Parn? you okay there buddy?" Emily waved her hand in front of my face as she holds the halberd within her other hand as i lightly smacked her hand away"i'm fine dear let's go put that thing into the tapestry" "alright..." she turned to look away from me...was it because i pushed her away? "Emily I'm sorry that I smacked your hand away I was just thinking for a moment..." "N-No don't w-worry about that! it's fine!" she rushed out of the church trying to hide her face from me...

"Mon chere? are you mad at me?" there was no answer from her as we walked to the golden halls as i watched her placed the halberd into the tapestry as she stands back away from it waiting for it to move. "let me try something em." soon as i placed my hand on it, it soon begins to move aside to the left. "well, shall we my dear?" i turned back to her as i see her writing something down in the journal she's been caring with her."little mouse?" i walked towards her lifting her face up so she looks into mine."please say something...why are you so quiet what's so important for it? is it something i did?" "no it's nothing like that, what was so important is that i was just thinking about how much time has gone by since we started." "and your worried about not stopping this in time?" "....yeah" "If you do nothing but worry, then it's a  horrible waste of your thoughts and imagination Mon chere, now let's continue on." "okay." we started through the shadows of the corridor until we came upon a dungeon mixed together with an armory with weapon lined across every inch of the walls. as we enter the armory part of it i stepped on something that looked liked a potion bottle token. "what on earth?"  "you found something?" "yes here it looks like a plate for a door....somewhere.....oh The library!" "hm? what are you talking about parn? What library?" "I know where this goes! come on!" "wha- PARN WAIT FOR ME!!!" 

I raced out of the dungeon and up the emerald green stairs running passed the entertainment area and into the Library with it's walls lined with books but it fails to out shines Blaise's collection. and two doors one with an owl etched above the door and another one with a potion bottle over it."Of course a Bloody frickin' Alchemy room." I placed the  circular token in place as I heard Emily running up behind me trying to catch her breath. "Parn....*pant* i told you*huff* to wait up *pant* for me! oh god i hate stairs...that's it i'm done. save the world without me."she said joking about it.  "sorry about that mon chere, But that was payback for you ditching me at the bell tower i wanted you to see how i felt after chasing you down it only seemed fair to me." i said as i helped her into the room where she took a seat in the chair next to the desk."what is this place Parn?" she asked as she looked around the room taking note of the small potion stand and the stange arcane symbol in front of it which looks liked the same one the Briar used to contact us the first time."It looks to be of an alchemist's or a sorcerer's chambers of some sorts.." "heh, you rhymed!  hm? what are you doing?" she looks at me while i was digging though the stand for a energy cell for the symbol to activate the sign with the plate on the wall hanging above her head. "a energy cell, little mouse, it's a source of powerful magic enough to start up the symbol so to speak." "you mean  it's like a teleporter?" "if you would like to call it that it may lead us to where Briar is being kept..." "well, what are we waiting for!? plug that sucker into the wall!" "your going have to move if you want me to." "oh...heh,sorry about that parn." she said while  blushing as she moves far from the wall while grabbing a key from the desk and allowing me place the energy cell as i did the symbol started glowing a lime neon green color. "well are you ready my lady? want to test to see if it works? " i held my hand out to her for her to take it she seems unsure of the thought."i-idon't know about this.." "come on take a change on this cat and trust me...you do trust me don't you?" "yes I do trust you it's just what if something bad happens while using that thing?" "i would never let anything bad happen to you Emily, i would never forgive myself if i did." "well alright then..let's go." she carefully took my hand in hers. ...(a perfect fit...she just has to be...No....not yet i need more time to be sure on this. once i decided i can't ever take it back. never.) we both walked to the sign as Emily closed her eyes as a green light surrounded us soon after the light faded we appear to be in front of the swing where we met Briar.."are we dead? oh my gosh we're dead aren't we?" Emily saids panicky tone  as she holds on to my arm with her hand sill intertwined with mine with her eyes still closed "calm down emily, we're fine, it was just a bright flash of light that's all." "R-really?" "yes chere really we're back at the swing where you found that princess doll." she opened her eyes and looked around the area we were now in to see if anything has changed . "well at least now we can move quicker from the bell tower and the fountain to the inside of the castle. right?" "exactly my point dear now i'm guessing that key is for the prison cells in the dungon am i correct?" "yeah you want to see what's in the cells?" "they might contain an important clue that might lead us to Brair or give us a clue to a way on how to rid ourselfs of Chi." "well then let's get to it then!" she smiles as if she could brighten up the darkest of feelings or rooms with her light shining bright. i couldn't help but smile and blush myself as i saw her face light up."Parn? are you coming?" "y-yes, mon chere lead the way." we left though the symbol as we came back to the alchemist's room we walked down back to The Dungeon part of the Armory after finding the last part of the wooden owl statue lying under the piano's bench in the entertainment center as we walked down to the dungeon's prison to release to poor unfortunate prisoners who couldn't escape the curse or their final sentence.

"Well you want to do the honors for the mewment Parn?" as she said as she holds the key towards me while making a bad cat pun. "i will... as soon as you stop with the cat puns!" "sorry! it just came to my mind you gotta admit it's funny!" "*sigh*...just give me the key Em." "all right, all right, i didn't mean to put you in a bad....Cat-titude ok sorry last one i swear." "you better swear to that being the last pun you tell." "for now kitty-cat, for now." i shooked my head at her trying not to laugh myself at her horrible puns she just made as i put the key into the mechanism. she has a good sence of humor I'll give her that much. even though i hate those puns...some of them ARE rather clever...for humans i must say."parn? you ok? is the key stuck or something?" "hm? oh no i was just thinking..sorry." "it's fine i got it" she reached for the key to turn it standing next to me "it won't turn..why won't it turn?" "maybe the mechanism is jammed let me give you a hand." i reached for the key to help her turn it covering her hand with mine as we turned the key i couldn't control myself as she turned around from the mechanism to see what it activated i kissed her as our lips met the passion of it was like a fire set a flame to the night in pitch black darkness...slowly bringing a spark of light to the night that only she can bring.(this is it...i-i've finally found her...my crooked little mouse. i found you at last. after all these years i've finally found you. Now we finally find cheryl.) i broke the kiss as i stepped back away from her to apologize for my actions ."i-i'm sorry i should have not done that forgive me my dear." "i-it's fine....i-i just though i wouldn't have my first kiss like that.." "it's funny...it was also MY first kiss as well.""r-really? you sure could of have fooled me there parn." she joked back at me like nothing had happend just now. she is something different... and i love it about her. as i was alone with my thoughts  all three doors suddenly burst opened reveiling a spining wheel with a ball and chain on it in one room,a skeleton a victim of the the curse and of a final judgement with a rose mirror plate next to it, and a hanging dummy,whiched made emily jumped back a bit "it's all right, it's just a dummy." "alright well grab that rope i think it's gonna help up get down the well. " "and you grab the rose mirror plate for the rose alter alright?" "got it!" we took our newly gatherer items and started out of the Armory/dungeon and out of the golden rooms back down to the well to finally find out what's down there. Needless to say that My curiosity was piqued at the thought of what maybe down there..

Emily's Pov

oh my gods... I can't believe it i was just kissed. my first kiss. i can't believe it...i really do like him and he likes me...

i-i can't believe someone would do that! i mean i didn't think he liked me like that! heh, it's silly i just felt like my heart was going to just POP! right out of my chest!"Emily are you alright?  i am very sorry about that kiss i wasn't thinking." "no-no! i didn't mind it i actually sort of liked it...no..not liked i-i loved it really." "honestly? you loved it?" i couldn't help but noticed him blushing when i said that. "c-come on let's go and put these things in place!" "r-right then lead the way my dear."  as i started climbing down the ladder after parn i lossed my footing due to the Briar thorns."Ah!" "Emily!" Parn then caught me in his arms as he holds me bridal style" are you alright there emily?" "yeah i'm fine can you please put me down now parn?" "oh yes o-of course sorry." he gently put me back on the ground in front of the church "i'll go and put the rope in place while you put the owl and the plate in place does that sound fair chere?" "Yeah sounds great parn you go do that." i watched him walked off to the well as i saw his tail swishing around behind him from the corner or my eye "time to get to work." i walked over to the rose alter as i read the next inscription on the siver ribbon above the rose.

'To see yourself best, I may be of help' i placed the disk in the slot as it opened up a newer panel for the next disk. three or four more to go. i started heading down to the well as i saw the rope tied to the pulley system but no Parn waiting there "now where has that cat gone to?" i started heading for the stables with the old crooked tree with a kockerhole in it "secret object...nice." i placed the owl's body and head into the base of it. Nothing happened. figures. "Parn! where are you!?" i called out to him wondering where he could be  while I was looking for him i found a pickaxe among some tools in the garden shed if you want to call it that where i found the shield plate ..as I started back tracking to every single place I could think of where to find him I started to worry about him....oh parn i hope your ok...please be ok...Selena please let him be ok.
