It was very hot in the boiler room considering that you needed a lot of energy to run such an airship as Elvion. Imagine all the dark burning coal running this ship. Cold sweat drops from his face, was it because of her? "Where is the book now?! Think it could help you?!" He looks at her and stares at what she became. A crackling demoness of fire and the candlesticks have all turned to flaring orbs. Her eyes were like the sun... Nothing but painful fire. Her expression was heartless. His chair began to warm up a lot that it was clearly hurting him. He had no choice but to bear it...
"What... are... you?" Emmett says.
"Oh? You don't like my seemingly DESTRUCTIVE appearance? It's not easy pulling out these flares." She floats closer. He lounges back just in case and looses one leg of the chair. He fell with it.
"Fearful now, Are we? Do you think that helps?" She starts to laugh but then was interrupted by...
" Where is Phemie?!"
He pulls out a brave face against her and she grabs his left arm. His pitiful scream echoed around each metal wall.
"Why are you doing this?! This is not you, Miranda!" he shouts at the top of his lungs."Oh? ... I'm not Miranda? What are you talking about?!" She slaps him in the face which throws him, still on his chair, to the far left. She starts to panic. She doesn't know why on Hope is she panicked! She starts to burn more and she creates a mirror image of herself.
"Miranda... This is the real you..." Said the new one that appeared as she held the original's face. "No... No!" The first one says.
"Why won't you Trust me?!"
Miranda grabs Miranda's heart...
"Because I love him..."
They take each others burning heart out and as these collide they turn to ash... letting out a final blast of fire everywhere... "Miranda... No!" Emmett runs toward what's left. His ropes where all burned. A garnet heart full of daggers is lying on the losing ash. He hears a final voice...
"I was wrong to bring you to this... To be honest I was assigned to kill you... I couldn't bring myself to...
He felt a tear fall...
"Emmett, please save her... I know you love her... Although it hurts for me...just... remember me... they're on deck..."
Silence followed. His thoughts were silent too until he began to think of... If this was her voice or just his imagination..."... I'll believe her... And I'll go on Deck!" He runs to the big metal door to leave. His shirt full of coal stains and some burns could not make him waver... Because he knew Who was truly...
