He's a new student in your class." I said happier than earlier. "Afternoon, Mr. Gustin take a seat." I walked to my seat. Thankfully there was an open seat next to me. He sat next to me. "Class, today we will have a free period," everyone cheered,"I know mostly all of you are planing to audition for the play, so this time is for you to practice. Get ready for your audition. You must feel the character and use your own emotions and pour them in your character. If you need any assistance then ask me I'll be here." Mr. Clark let us go. "So. Ms. Sandra Dee want to work together?" Grant asked me. "Of course Mr. Danny Zuko. What part should we practice?" All of a sudden music started playing. He started singing
"You're a great singer!" he said smiling "Thanks. You too. I think we got the parts down we should take a break. Want water, your sweating like crazy!" I handed him my spare water bottle I happened to carry today. "Yeah, Thanks! You know WHEN we get the parts we're going to end up liking each other. The chemistry is clearly there and it's bound to happen." "Well it's not that bad is it?"
"It won't be hard because I'm already falling," Grant said blushing a little. "Me too,"
"Great!! So then can I take you on a date sometime?" He said looking like a puppy pleading for a treat. "I'd love to go out with you!" I said jumping into his arms giving him a hug. He laughed,"Amazing! How about tomorrow right after school?"
"Sounds great!" I said excited for our date. "Class your dismissed to go to your next class," Mr. Clark said as we exited the room. Holding hands Grant and me walked to our last class, my favorite class of all time, Vocal Music(aka choirs).

"Welcome class. May I ask who you are sir?" Mrs. Lincoln said towards Grant. "Grant Gustin, miss. New student here," Grant said shaking her hand "Well have a seat and we'll start. You came on a great day, we're starting a new song today!" We sat down. "Okay class I'm passing out a song called... wait for it... The Time Of My Life by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes!" She said. The class cheered. "Well we need a duo to sing it for us, so I pick Cristina and... Grant to sing it," as the words came out of her mouth I froze. "Grant this will let me see your vocal range, and Cristina is our best singer so if you mess up she can clean it up." We walked up to the front.
"Great job! That's the best version of the song I've ever heard! Excellent!!" Mrs. Lincoln said while clapping. After Class... "You're amazing you know." Grant said while we walked to our cars. "You're amazing too. I wouldn't imagine singing with anyone else when we sing together," I say looking at him. "Well this is my car," he says as we get to a silver BMW. "That's funny I'm Parker right next to you," I say pointing at my black Lexus. "It must have been destiny!" He said which made me giggle. "Yea, I guess it was. See you later," I unlock my car and get in. I hear Grant knocking on my window. I roll it down. "I forgot to give me your number," he said as he handing me his phone. I typed it in and handed it back, "Here, and don't spam me!" "Ok, I'll try. Text you later Sandra Dee, bye."
