Chapter 12

Speedy was on Titan's Tower rooftop,watching the city.A small frown was on her lips.
"How could they!" She shouted furiously,"I am perfectly fine!".She started coughing uncontrolably and she touched her neck.
"Maybe not" she continued "Maybe,I am sick".
Her friends,had left her behind and went to search for the New Hive team,who caused them so much trouble.Well,she believed that the reason,they wanted to investigate was just Robin.After,that mission,where Phantom trapped Nightstar and hurt her,she was sure Robin hated him.
Sadly Speedy,one hour before they went out,started feeling dizzy and also started coughing.
So they,more like Robin,decided that she should stay here.
Oh,how angry she was with him!He was so annoying and bossy,sometimes she just wanted to put an arrow into his head.
Her eyes widened,how could she even think of that!Robin,yes he was rude,he was always angry,but he was also her friend.Before,she joined the team,she had no friends,well she may had one or two but still,she loved her team.
"Damn,I so want to kick a bad guys' ass right now"
"Watch your mouth cutie" someone said.
Speedy,turned her head towards the voice surprised.
"I knew you had ninja skills,How come you didn't notice me?Am I that good?" The one and only Red X said sitting near her.
"Red X?!"
"That's me Sugarplum" He reached for his mask and removed it,revieling his black messy hair,but not his whole face,because he was wearing a small domino mask only covering his eyes."Missed me?" He turned at her smirking.
Speedy was still speachless.
"Am I that handsome?" He asked her laughing.
"Indeed-err I mean,What are you doing here Red X?" She asked him raising an eyebrow.
"I don't know,I guess I came here to see you" he reached for his belt,pulled out an apple and started to eat it.
"You realise,this is the Titans' tower right?"
"Yeah,I mean,It's a big thing in the middle of the sea,It's not area 51 or something" he moved closer to her a bit.
"Whatever" she  gave him a 'I'm not bying your shit' look.
"Ok,Ok,I came here to give you this" he tossed her a small usb,"This includes all the information,I could find about The New Hive and their Leader,You're Welcome"
"Why are you doing this?" She asked him curiously,"You are a villain,you work for money and we don't give you anything"
"Cutie,I am an antihero,not a Villain,and Let's just say I'm helping you because I am related to some people from your team"
He tossed the rest of his apple into the sea,"Oh and I am also" he leaned in,making Speedy breath slower,and before she could say anything he closed the gap between them and gave her a soft peck on the lips, "In love" he finished.His hands reached his belt,and he dissapeared.
Speedy,snapped out of her love-daze,and looked around.Both of her hands covered her face,while she was blushing,she was indeed happy that she now,had information about their enemy team,but she was also anxious.How on earth,she was going to tell everyone about Red X helping her and also her special relationship with him?
She wasn't that worried about her friends,It was just...
"Ohh,Dad is gonna kill me"
