Standing in front of me was a yellow gem, with a yellow diamond in the center of her chest. How does it feel to be almost 14?, She said. "Fourteen? But I'm almost 13." Young Claire, did you know that some gems have the ability to alter or erase memories?, the gem said. I shake my head. My dear Claire, someone used this power on you when you were younger. It appears they erased a year of your life, and altered your childhood memories, she said. My memories. Someone took my memories away. If you want your memories back,I can help. "Who... who are you?" Just call me Yellow. "Alright... Yellow. Tell me how to get my memories back. Young Claire, you were born on Earth, and once, you could control the power inside of you. If you want your memories back, along with control of your powers, I need you to do me a favor in return., She smiles in a sort of black-hearted way. You barely know her. She can help you unlock your past, she can show you who you once were! You can't trust her! She can help you, she wants to help you! She is your only option! And, in the end, I let my curiosity get the better of me. I sighed. "What do you want me to do?"
