Chapter 9

Ethan's POV

I woke up in my bed. It's Tuesday, ugh. I looked over and saw Grace laying on the bed next to me. I smiled, then my smile quickly went away when i realized this might be the last time we're gonna be together like this. "Princess get up we have to get ready for school" she immediately got up and started getting ready. She didn't hesitate or anything. She must really wanna go to school for some reason.

"I have to meet Lexi by the school in 10 minutes. She grabbed her car keys and left.

Grace's POV

I was driving down the street when I heard shuffling in the trunk. I pulled over to the side of the road and got out. I opened the trunk and Hannah jumped on me. She started pulling my hair kicking me in the face and punching me in the stomach. I didn't fight back because what's the point? There isn't a point. Ethan I thought to myself.

Hannah's POV

Grace grabbed me by the waist and pinned me to the ground. "oh honey, did you think I was gonna come without backup?" I asked her. She looked confused then Grayson came up behind her, grabbed her by the hair and pulled her off of me.

I watched as he beat her up. When we figured she had enough we got in Grayson's car and drove to school. I really hate that girl. I'm glad I have a tough guy to help me. She's gonna get more later.

Lexi's POV

Grace was supposed to meet me here 15 minutes ago. Did she blow me off? I just wanna see her one more time before she leaves tomorrow for Brazil.

Oh wait, I see her car. I go up to her car and hop in the passenger seat. I look at her and she's got scars bruises cuts and she's just beat up. "Oh my gosh Grace, what happened?" I asked concerned.

"Grayson and Hannah happened Lex, I gave up. I don't care anymore. We need to get to school." My poor babygirl. God who would do something like this to my babygirl. You know what it's payback time. I got a squad.

Grace's POV

I saw Ethan waiting to greet me at my locker. When he saw me his smile when to a concerned face. I'm gonna miss him.

"Oh my gosh Grace, did Grayson do this?" He asked me.

"Yea and Hannah" I said. I'm glad he wasn't with me. He could've got beat up too. He took me to the nurse and got me cleaned up.

"Do you wanna go to class, or do you just wanna stay here and take a nap?" The nurse asked me.

"I'll stay here, can Ethan stay too?" I asked.

"of course, I'll let you guys be alone." She said.

Ethan's POV

Yes, I get out of class. I get to spend more time with Grace now before she leaves tomorrow. I saw her turn over on the bed to face away from me. I got up out of the chair and lied down next to her. I put my arm around her and we spooned (picture). I love this. I'm gonna miss this. "I'm gonna miss this when you're gone, princess." I said.

"I love you, I'm gonna miss you so much" she said. I was gonna miss her too.

"I love you more baby" I said. We fell asleep 10 minutes later. I wish it could be like this all the time. Too bad she has to move.
