It's been months now. The walls are larger, Maggie's baby is almost due, and my mom has started something with Daryl, oh yeah and I may have developed a crush on someone....
"Hey!" Carl says as he walks over to me, sitting on my porch stairs.
"Hey." I say back.
"Wanna go out to our hang out spot?" He asks
"Sure" we have a different hang out spot now, after what happened. We don't wanna hang out outside the walls.
We start to walk over to our hangout spot.
"Let's go hunting instead" I say as I stop walking.
"Are you sure?" Carl asks
"Yeah"
"Ok I'll go tell my dad you go get the guns." I walk to the armoury grab 2 pistols and 2 rifles. We both already have out knives in our shoes. We meet at the gate.
"Ready?"
"Ready." We go out.
We walk pass our old hangout spot. Carl stops and sits down.
"What are you doing?" I say as I sit beside him.
"I don't know, I just miss this I guess."
"I do too sometimes."
"Can I ask you something?" Carl says
"Sure anything."
"Well there is this girl I like, and well I wanna ask her out but I don't know how, because of the shit that's happened. What should I do?" Carl asks
"Well I think u should sit her down and have a nice talk then try to find a way to kiss her. That's how she will know u like her." I know he is talking about me because me and Enid are the only teenage girls in Alexandria and he doesn't talk to her.
"Oh ok" he responses rubbing the back of his neck.
I look into his eyes, he leans in close, I close my eyes and he kisses me, I kiss back. I open my eyes and we are both smiling when I see a man standing behind Carl about to hit him with a shovel.
