Violet Jackson's P.O.V.
My sharp, blue eyes lingered on the sky till Wally's voice strung me away from the clouded sky, "Uh, Violet," he questioned, "did you hear me?" I simply blink at him before giving him a slight smile.
"Oh uh, sorry 'bout that, Wally! I've just been thinking a lot too."
I tried my best to explain, even though it was a very crappy excuse, he bought it. I love Wally and all, but he can be a tad gullible at times. You gotta love him and his humor though.
"What about?" He asked, causing me to furrow my brows, "I'm not telling you till you tell ME what you were thinking about." Don't expect me to not retort that way, I'm a very snappy person, just ask Wally, he's put up with me for years.
His brow quirked as he began to open his mouth, then suddenly closed it, a smile replacing his unsaid words.
"Touché." He replied, his head tilted upwards slightly.
I huff at him and continue to watch for the bus. It's not that I was hiding something from him, its just that I wanted to know what he was thinking about. Soon, after a minute or two, our bus came into view, causing me and Wally to perk up. It came to a halt right infront of us, the doors pushed open, I side glanced at the ginger. I was greeted by a heart warming smile and a suave gesture of his hand.
"After you, Violet." Wally spoke up, awaiting me to get on it before him, I gave him a gracious smile, "Why thank you, West."
Such a gentleman. Oh...he just tried to trip me...I spoke too soon.

So Wally is late to Art class...once again...leaving me to do the work for the first half of the period...once again. I let out a soft sigh as I begin to work on the metallic sculpture of the Eiffel Tower, which didn't look to shabby either. My eyes lingered on the door, considering Wally had all the plans to make the sculpture. Yeah, last time.
"Where the heck are you..." I grumbled, fiddling with my pencil.
That's when I finally saw him brush through the door with his bookbag.
Lord, he looked like he just wrestled a gorilla for a banana, not that I'm not counting that as a reason...
"Sorry I'm late Ms.Pherson!" He exclaimed quickly, scanning the room in search of his seat. He gave a smile as soon as he saw me, though I just gave him a frown. What? He made me work on the project for the first half of the period, of course I wasn't gonna give him the satisfaction of my smile. I watched as his smile faltered, it faltered even more as Ms.Pherson handed him a detention slip. It was for Monday I bet, Wally sighed and came towards me grumbling something like 'If only you knew...' It caught my attention, but I didn't bring it to awareness of course. The green-eyed boy glance at me, sending me an apologetic smile.
"Er...Sorry?"
Sorry? Did all he say was sorry? I can't believe him. He's been doing this for the past few weeks, or should I say months? He's always MIA when I need him around. Though my blood was boiling with slight anger I simply rolled my eyes at him.
