One week later, Aunt Marie decided to organize a funeral. Everybody was sad and had a lot of work to do.
Most of my grandparents' friends came on the first day of the funeral. They tried cheering us up and gave us courage. Just like grandpa and grandma gave me when they were alive.
I didn't appreciate back the old times when I had two caring person right beside me.
The funeral ended and days passed. It was soon time to bury them and allow them to rest in peace. I was heartbroken when I saw both coffins were being buried.
I tried my best not to cry because it was my fault at the very first time. I didn't know this would happen so soon.
As I got back home, my eyes were watery and I went straight into my bedroom without saying a word.
The thoughts of my grandparents and parents up in the heaven, waving to me. No matter how hard I tried to pretend that everything was gonna be alright, it didn't work at all.
Then, my door opened. It was Aunt Marie.
"Hey Stella, there's something I need to tell you. And it's really important. Do you think we can have a talk for 5 minutes?" She asked.
"Sure Aunt Marie." I agreed.
"About this matter, I want to discuss with you because you know me and your uncle is living in Sidney. And the distance between her and there is just too far. Furthermore, there's no other people living in this house, and I understand how badly you want to stay here."
"Aunt Marie, I would understand if you want me to move over to your place. And I think it's unnecessary for me to stay here." I replied.
"Really? I mean you, are you willing to move into my place? That's great. When do you want to start?" I could feel the excitement filled in her eyes.
"Today."
That was the last word I said.
