Nobody's POV
Dionysus went first.
"Pollux, I am dying, yada yada yada, who cares about the gushy stuff, okay, Pollux, I now name you the god of grape harvest, wine, winemaking, and ritual madness."
Dionysus disappeared along with his throne and Pollux grew until he was 20 feet tall, now a god.
Apollo stepped forward next.
"Will, you have always been my most talented son. You are amazing at healing and you never expect anything in return. However, now all your hard work has payed off, as I have decided you are my heir."
"Will, I now name you god of music, the sun, prophecy, colonization, medicine, archery, poetry, and dance."
"Travis and Connor step forward please," Hermes said from his throne.
"Travis and Connor, you have done me well. Your amazing at pranking yet you know when a friend needs comfort."
"Travis, I name you god of oratory, literature, athletics and thieves."
"Connor, I name you god of shepherds, land travel, merchants, weights, and measures."
"Before I go, know that you to both share the heir of Hermes, meaning you two together only count as one person on the olympian concil. However, you always think the same way and have the same opinion so..."
Demeter stepped forward.
"Calypso, I had trouble deciding whether to make you my heir, or my daughter Katie, but I chose you in the end. You have gone through a lot of hardship and deserve a break, you have always gardened and had just as much interest in plants as my own children, and last, but not least, I greatly encourage your relationship with the young tool boy."
Leo and Calypso blushed.
"Calypso, I know name you goddess of the harvest, sacred law, and the cycle of life and death."
She disappeared and in Hera took her place.
"Reyna."
Reyna looked up at her, obviously surprised.
"ME??? You want ME to be your heir?"
"I have no children of my own," Hera responded indignantly.
"Reyna, I name you the goddess of marriage and family."
Hera winked at Reyna and Reyna blushed.
Artemis stood up.
"Thaila, my trusted lieutenant, I name you goddess of chastity, the hunt, the moon, and natural environment. Although I made the choice to become a maiden goddess, this is not a path you must follow."
Hestia stepped forward slowly.
"Hazel my deal, you are always there for your friends, always welcoming, and always available to comfort anyone who needs it. You are not my daughter, but for these reasons I name you my heir."
"Hazel, you are now goddess of the hearth, architecture, and the right ordering of domesticity, the family, and the state."
Ares grunted and stood up.
"Frank, my boy, I name you god of war and battlelust."
Hephaestus stood next.
"Leo, my little mijo, I am so proud of you. You showed people that my children should not be overlooked."
"I name you god of blacksmiths, sculptors, metallurgy, fire, and the forge."
Aphrodite somehow hopped up, not seeming tired at all.
