\\The story revolves around the high school student Akira Nikaido, a typical slacker living a normal life. That is, until he meets the mysterious Shirogane, a man who suddenly appears and tells him that they have a destiny together. When Akira hears this, he is shocked and doesn't believe a word of it. Suzuno Aya, a friend of Akira, forgets something in the school one night, and asks Akira and Kengo to help her and go find it. He agrees, and while there, he gets attacked by a shadow monster. Shirogane convinces him that the balance between the human world and the shadow world has been distorted and that Akira must become a "shin"- a creature of the shadow world- in order to help restore the balance. After, Akira notices that his friends Aya and Kengo could see Akira and Shirogane when they are "shin," so Akira decides that the two could join them and help Akira and Shirogane to get the balance back to normal.//

Before I start the review I wanted to just point out a couple of things so that I don't add it in with the review. I watch nearly all the anime I review online, it's not because I want to watch it for free (maybe a little) but I would buy the DVD if I could to support the creators but some you can't buy. So whist I was watching it online the site I was watching it on took the mic to load and run the episodes and any other site didn't work properly. Near the end of the anime it wouldn't let me watch any more episodes so I couldn't watch all of it but I know what happens as I read it. So I got so annoyed I ended up just watching South Park again XD So I might not do a review for a little bit as I'm watching that instead. Also I've got mocks next week so I'm revising for that.

So back to the review it started off a little confusing and I didn't get into it at first, but then it got mysterious so I continued to watch it. I liked that they added Aya in it for a girl (even if she is a bit annoying) however I was a bit disheartened that only Akira and Kou got different clothes when they turned into Shin but never mind. Akira's outfit is really cool and I absolutely love it, I might actually cosplay as it but I dunno... Anyways the graphics aren't too bad and the story line is good. I like the concept but they should have changed a few things to make it less boring and confusing. But hey it was a good anime and my anger with the episodes not working may have given it a 'alright anime' in my mind. Anyways I wouldn't recommend if but it's good to watch for something to do.(/)
