Fefari peixes - Summer vacation

'RRRIIINNNGG' you jumped up out of your chair as you heard the final bell ring. you hurried to your locker and grabbed your book bag. you didn't need to clean out any decorations because at the beginning of the year you thought they would be a waste of time. You just wanted to get out of the school as fast as possible. The only problem was your annoying, loved dearly, but annoying, best friend.

"Fefari!" you called out as you ran down the hallway. You weaved through the people who were heading towards the main doors, and jogged your way to fefari's locker. "(Y/N)! i'm glad you came! great timing by the way," she greeted as she dumped a bunch of her pink and fish themed locker decorations in your arms."Can you pack those up? i need to take down the tinsel, and get rid of all the stickers with something," she said turning back to her locker.

you staggered back a few steps from the weight of the glittery things in your arms, and gave a small smile. "Fefari? is all this really necessary? we don't want to be late for the beach, do we?" you asked, knowing how excited she always was to go to the beach."Don't worry! i'm almost done, you can put those all in the back of my car okay?" she replied pulling the last of the stickers off the front of her locker. You sighed softly, knowing full well there was no point in arguing with her.

You and Fefari had been best friends for almost 5 years, and to be totally honest, you were kinda surprised she didn't ditch you for new friends, but she stayed by your side, just as you stayed by hers. Every year since you two met, you had stayed at your summer beach house, and now it was a friendly tradition.

You decided to just do as fefari said and meet her at the car. You two had already packed for you beach trip, and all you had to was drive a little ways and your vacation could begin. You smiled remembering how much fun you two had last year, and new this time would be a trillion times better. Turning your head, you saw fefari come out of the school with her book bag slung over her shoulder and a pile of glittery pink papers. When she reached the car you pushed the drivers seat door open with your feet, from your position in the passengers seat where you had decided to wait. She smiled gratefully and pushed the papers and her back pack and settled down. "I just needed to grab a few more things, sorry for making you wait," she said as she started the car and began to pull out of the school parking lot . "Anyways, lets go to the beach!" she squealed making you smile.

You turned up the music really loud and you both sang along, having fun annoying the other drivers. When you finally made to the beach house, you and fefari wasted no time in jumping out of the car, which had been parked very poorly, and grabbing the bags with your swimwear and running into the house to change. You pulled on your (F/C) bottoms and black top, before grabbing you goggles and towel, and rushing out to the shore, seeing fefari already waist deep. You smiled and waved at her as you ran to join her. You waded out into the cold water and watched as fefari was being swarmed with little fish. You grinned mischievously and snuck around behind fefari. Your grin grew wider upon realizing that she hadn't seen you due to her preoccupation with the fish.

You gulped in a large breathe of water before ducking under the cool water. opening your eyes you saw fefari's feet and swam forwards. just as you were about to grab them and drag her under, you felt a whoosh of water flow past your body, and in seconds, fefari was gone. You surfaced for air, treading water as you looked for any signs of fefari. Suddenly there was a large splash and you felt arms fling around your neck as fefari tackled you into the water. When you both surfaced, you looked at fefari who was laughing hysterically. you swam towards her and pushed your lips lightly against hers.

When you pulled away all you heard was silence. Fefari looked shocked, before she wrapped her arms around you and kissed you again. She pulled away and smiled at you happily, "matesprites?" she asked you giddily. "Of course!" you exclaimed and grinned happily. This was going to be one hell of a summer vacation.
