Chapter 9

Kendall's Pov:

We got into the school and Cara and I went to our lockers and grabbed our books.

When I saw Taylor I said goodbye to Cara and we headed to our class. I almost fell asleep during the lesson so I texted Cara.

To: Cara ♥

Meet me in the toilets in 5 ;)

I immediatly got a text back

From: Cara ♥

Missing me already :P

I'll be there.

I smiled and put my Phone away and 5 minutes later I asked the teacher if I could go to the bathroom.

I walked down the halls towards the bathroom and there she stood, she looked beautiful, she didn't notice me so I sneaked up behind her and put my hands in front of her eyes. Guess who. I said. ''Hmm I'm guessing the Queen England'' She smirked and turned around and kissed me on my lips. You're weird I said laughing. She smiled and leaned in again. After making out for a while we headed back to our classes. ''Goodbye, I'll see u at lunch'', she said and walked away.

The rest of the lesson went by pretty quickly because all I could think about was Cara and how Lucky I am to have this girl.

Soon it was lunch time and I headed towards Cara's locker. Hey babe, I whispered in her ear. ''Don't do that, people are gonna notice, unless you want people to know'' Cara said and smirked slightly. As Cara was taking books out of her locker her sleeve slipped down and I saw red marks on her wrists. I gasped. ''What's wrong love?'' Cara asked. I couldn't speak I just stared at her wrist. After a couple seconds Cara noticed what I was looking at. She quickly shut her locker and ran away from me. CARA WAIT. I yelled as I ran after her.

I found her sitting in the gras on the football field. I sat down next to her. She stared at her hands twisting a golden ring around her index finger over and over again. ''It was my mothers'' She said trying to avoid talking about what I just saw. You know you can talk to me. I said quietly. ''Yeah I know'' she said back, I heard a crack in her voice. You can cry baby, It's okay to cry once in a while. I said, Come here. I took Cara in my arms and she started sobbing. ''I just can't take it anymore'' she tried to say in between breaths. It's gonna be okay sweetie, just promise me you won't ever hurt yourself again. I whispered in her ear and kissed her forehead. She said nothing. Cara.. Promise me. I said louder this time. She looked at me and I could see the pain in her eyes. ''I promise'' she said.
