Yukio stared vacantly at the large double-oak doors infront of him. For reasons unknown to him, the Chairman had called him to his office. Again, Yukio felt tense. Ever since this morning, he knew something was not right. He had concluded that it might have been stress but now...he was not so sure. Taking a deep breath, he knocked briefly on the door then stepped inside.

"You wanted to see me Sir?" Yukio stated coolly as he walked in. Mephisto Pheles, in all his gallant disarray, swivelled in his chair to face him.

"Okumura-kun, how pleasant for you to come." He cooed. Yukio stood infront of his desk, looking at the principal with wary eyes.

"Sir? Is there a problem?"

"Problem?" Mephisto smiled broadly. "Oh of course not, Okumura-kun. I just like to inform you that our dear Kirigakure-sensei won't be able to teach with us for this semester~ Fufufu~"

"Eh? Shura-san is-"

"Don't worry." Mephisto smiled shrewdly. "It seems that she was recalled to the Vatican on classified orders. I'll have her replacement in a few weeks. For the meantime, I'd like you and Nagiwa-sensei to split up her classes."

"Yes sir." Yukio nodded, still confused. Shura returned to the Vatican? Well that was odd. Normally she'd have told him ahead of time. Rin was under her guidance afterall. She would've told Yukio if something big happened and whether he'd have to take back his babysitting duties. He was about to leave when-

"One last thing Okumura."

Yukio snapped his attention back to the devil with a look of surprise.

"Yes?"

"Fufufu~ it seems that we'll be having a new transfer student for the exorcist cram school~"

"Really? This late in the year?"

"Why yes." Mephisto mused. "A student from St. Protecius apparently."

Yukio's eyes widened to saucers. St. Protecius? Really? The chairman had to be joking. Heck- he was probably insane! Students from that academy were known to be the cream of the crop. The Elites. True Cross was constantly on par with St. Protecius for the title of best Exorcism school. Yukio found it unbelievable that Mephisto had accepted a student from that academy. Their methods in teaching were closely inhumane! Well, he was a demon afterall. Yukio couldn't quite deduce his judgement.

"Sir Pheles, are you sure that's alright?" Yukio questioned carefully.

"Of course not! AHAHAHHAHA!" Mephisto guffawed, swirling in his chair again. He then jumped out of it and paced the room with a frenzied look.

"I wonder too, why that is." He muttered more to himself. "It intrigued me greatly- but then I saw the file." With a flick of his wrist, a folder instantly appeared in Mephisto's hand.

"Hee hee...hahahahah XD!" Mephisto laughed raucuosly.

"And then I found out, that I knew this student quite well."

"Here you are Okumura-kun." He handed Yukio the folder. "This person will be in your care. Do be a little more gentle."

Yukio took the file from Mephisto. When he opened it though, he nearly dropped it.

The rumors about True Cross Academy's beauty weren't false. In fact, as Nathalie gazed around, she could feel the charm of the whole town. True Cross town was just as lively and wonderful as the school. It seemed that one would never get bored of all its winding streets and buildings. It had that kind of mystical effect on people. Plus, the whole enigmatic ambience of the place made her feel quite springy- as if she were a child again. She was finally back home.
