Hello everyone! Welcome to another part of my rant book. I'm late, again. I really shouldn't have an excuse. I'm not on Wattpad as much as I was before, mostly because of school. Sorry for the lateness. Enjoy the new chapter!
I'm just going to be looking at a bunch of popular stories on Wattpad. Um, guys?Why the Hades am I seeing sex slave stories on here? You can't be serious. Oh for the love of books, YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS! There goes my faith in humanity for the second time today.
Why? Why do you people want to read stories where people rape or abuse others? Why do you romanticize these things? They're horrible!
YOU DO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR RAPER!
And then there's the kidnapping stories. I know I already mentioned this in the other chapter but I feel like I need to ram it into your brains. NORMAL PEOPLE DO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH THEIR KIDNAPPER!! I don't care if they're One Direction or Five Seconds of Summer or Jonas Brothers or whatever the Hades you're into. And the ones that do actually fall for their captors in real life represent like 8% of actual kidnapped population!
I shouldn't even have to rant about this. Why do people in Wattpad have such bad taste? (No offense, but I really don't understand your logic, people-who-like-this)
Oh, I also found out that "undiscovered" stories apparently need to have at least a thousand reads. Sorry random writer with 20 reads, but you know what? YOU DON'T FIT INTO THE UNDISCOVERED SECTION! Like, it doesn't even make sense! Seriously, Wattpad? There are actually some genuinely good fanfics out their but aren't getting bigger because of your weird system.
