12. Victoria

It's been a week since the hallway incident. I honestly can't stop thinking about it. I hate what has happened between me and Lauren but let's be honest here, would our relationship last if we tried? Who knows but according to what she said, I still can't get over it. Everything before that was going great.

I haven't spoken to Lauren since then either. Sometimes I want to, but every time I do she says something that upsets me and we just start fighting. That's not how it used to be. I try, but it just happens. I talk to Dinah here and there but I just told her to promise me to watch out for Lauren.

Time away from Lauren would be good until I cool off. I still care what happens to her

I've been hanging out with Victoria a lot. She's fun to be around. I think she's cute too, I may have heard from Dinah she thinks I am too.

She reminds me of Lauren though. A lot. Her voice and the way she talks, and I don't know but when she looks at me, my heart skips a beat. Just like the feeling Lauren gave me.

I guess I'm the complicated one. That's why Lauren deserves better. And I don't want her to suffer with me.

Milz (6:57 PM): I know I'm probably the last person you want to hear from but I just want to apologize. You deserved none of this and it's my fault. I wish I didn't treat you that way. But I've been thinking and you're right. Maybe we were never fit together. I'm sorry, and I just needed to be away from you to figure out my feelings. I care about you a lot but you're better off with someone you deserve, someone not like me. I just want you to be happy. But I want you to know that I'm going on a date with Victoria. I don't want you to feel like you were nothing to me and I moved on just like that. Because it's not true. I just think it's best if we just be friends. I hope you don't hate me for any of this.

I can't believe I sent her all of that. I wouldn't blame her if she get's mad or hates me. Victoria is the one who asked me on a date, I like her too.

Lauren's P.O.V

"She messaged me."

"What did she say?"

She went on Flames instead of actually just texting me through her own number. I was reading through it. Tears began falling down my face. Why does this always happen to me?

"Lo? What does it say?"

"She just wants to be friends, and she wants us to see other people. She's going on a date with that Victoria girl." I said plainly.

"What's wrong?"

"I love her Dinah! Everything is wrong."

"I don't know what to say Lo. It's not like she's going to fall in love with Tori. If anything, she's probably a rebound. Don't take my word for it though. The girl did say Camila is cute. Who could blame her right Lauren." she winked while nudging me.

"Sorry Dinah, I love you and all, but can you leave? I need to be alone."

"Alright, just don't do anything stupid."

5 minutes after Dinah left, I kept thinking what I should reply back. But I kept going blank. I tossed my phone on the side. This hurt a lot, I guess Karma just got to me for what I said.

Camila's P.O.V

I honestly thought I'd share my first kiss with Lauren, and I wanted it to be her. She hasn't replied back to me yet, she read it though. She hates me.

Victoria is going to pick me in about 30 minutes and I'm pretty nervous. Cuz she asked me on this date. Last time I went on a date, I planned everything.

"Mila! Tori is here!" my mom shouted for me.

I was was wearing heels this time, Tori is tall and she makes me feel short haha. But I just wore black skinny jeans and a gray sweater.

"Hey Mila, you ready to go?" I walked down and kissed my mom.

"You two have fun now."

"We will Aunty."

"Your mom is nice."

"She's my step mom but she is amazing though like my real mom." I smiled.

"Oh, where does your mom live? If you don't mind me asking?"

I kinda froze but I felt like I should just tell her anyways. It's hard to talk about it but getting it out is better than keeping it in and letting it tear you up.

"My mom passed away..."

"Oh my. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked..." she opened the door for me to her truck.

"It's alright." she closed it and walked around to her side.

"I didn't mean to start off our date like this."

"It's not your fault, you didn't know. But, where are you taking me? I'm dying to know."

She smirked, "Well, it's a surprise." Well this all sounds familiar.

It was only 4PM, where could she be taking me..

My phone suddenly buzzed, it was from Lauren. Not through Flames, but through text message. I noticed something. I didn't change her contact name.

[Lern Jergi🌺 4:56 PM] I'm happy if you are. I like her, she's a good person. I only wish for her to take good care of her. And if that's what you want then I'm okay with that. I hope you have fun.

Damn. I don't know what to say to that. I locked my phone, placed my hands on my lap and looked forward.

"You okay?"

"Mhm."

"Okay, we're almost there."

Victoria's P.O.V

It was 5:30 almost sundown. I drove up to the parking lot.

"Where are we?"

"Don't worry, when we get inside you'll love it."

We started walking. It was silent, but I reached for Camila's hand and linked it with mine. She paused, looked at me, then smiled.

After that. Someone with a mask grabbed Camila and covered her with a blanket.

"What the fuck! MILA! Let her go!" I ran up to her, but someone else got to me.

A/N: Dun dun dun!

They were about to go on their date and someone kidnapped them.
