It was a long flight but memorable nonetheless as Seung Hyun wasn't alone on this trip. Simon was ever the inquisitor, asking multiple questions and smiling and making Seung Hyun's face turn numerous shades of red. It was highly problematic, you see, as Seung Hyun wasn't the most affectionate person in public, reserving his most stoic appearance for the outside world. Simon was making him feel all sorts of things that were causing him utter duress as they sat in first class. This was all new to him and he clearly didn't know how to handle himself. He looked around the plane anticipating all eyes on him as Simon was so close to him, he was tempted to tell his new boyfriend to stop. But he definitely didn't' want him too. He was loving this whole new relationship thing. "I wanna join your Mile High club, honey." Seung Hyun almost lost his glass of wine as his face whipped round to see a smirking Simon twiddling his fingers in his lap, pretending as if he didn't just mutter those erotic words, wanting his honey to defile him in the tiny men's room of the plane. Seung Hyun's voice went up a notch as he stuttered in a half raised whisper, "W-w-what? W-w-we can't do that here!" Simon enjoyed watching his boyfriend come undone, loved that he was the cause of his reserved partner becoming frazzled. It tickled him pink, quite literally. He took Seung Hyun's hand in his own, running his thumb across the wide expanse of his boyfriend's hand, "Honey, I wouldn't embarrass you like that. I know you have a public image to maintain. Besides, you can do whatever you like to me once we get to your house. I know you can't wait." Seung Hyun smiled at his beautiful boyfriend, once he got his emotions back in check. He knew that once they touched down at Incheon airport, the show would truly begin. He knew that once he emerged from the plane, all cameras would be on the couple and before long, Jiyong would most certainly know that he was back in Korea.
Seung Hyun was brought back to reality as the pilot was informing them of their subsequent landing. He was anxious, as he hadn't been home in close to six months. It felt weird. He'd instructed his assistant, if he could, to make sure his house was clean and dust free as he would be arriving today and didn't want Simon to walk into a stale smelling home. His assistant rushed to make sure that everything was open and cleaned, leaving the house smelling lovely, just as Seung Hyun instructed. He'd already reset his passcode, leaving Jiyong out. There wasn't any reason for the little man to have the code anymore.
They were finished.
He was certain of that.
He'd been explicitly clear with Mr. Kwon Jiyong. As much as it hurt, cut like a fucking knife, but needed to be done, Seung Hyun hurt so bad, but he had to remove himself from the toxicity of his love affair. It wasn't fair and he wasn't going to be in this one-sided thing they were doing for so long. He knew that he was justified in what he did. He felt himself drowning, feelings overwhelming his emotional well-being, strangling his very livelihood.
Yeah, he was mad.
And he had every fucking right to be, but in the end, he knew that Jiyong wouldn't budge. The man didn't like being told what to do and he felt like Seung Hyun was giving him an ultimatum, so he shut down. He did what he always did in these situations. He acted as if they didn't exist and that he wasn't affected by it. Seung Hyun was fully aware of how the little bastard operated.
He wasn't giving him an ultimatum.
He wasn't stupid.
He knew all too well that they couldn't very well "come out" in Korea. He wasn't foolish. He knew they could never live like that.
Just once, fucking one time, he wanted Jiyong to tell him that he loved him, looking him in the eye. Tell him that he really cared for him, as much as Seung Hyun loved and cared for him. He wanted Jiyong to see him for him, not looking past him, right through him as he often did. He took their relationship, or something like it, he took it for granted. He assumed, Jiyong was like that, as he felt the world revolved around him, that Seung Hyun was his. Seung Hyun didn't like the feeling anymore, well, he never liked it, like he should be grateful that Jiyong gave up what little time he provided, that he chose to spend it with him.
