YOONJI
"can i make you laugh by staring at you?" taehyung said.
"sure. because that can't make me lau-"
he immediately stared at me, not blinking.
it was so awkward, that i wanted to puke at his face!
after a couple of minutes, he finally blinked, making a pouty face as he bowed his head. "giving up, taehyung boy?" i said while smirking.
"you smiled!" he said while clapping like a child.
"taehyung, first of all, that isn't a smile. second, you said laugh not smile. third, it was a smirk. and lastly, did you made a joke that caused me to laugh? no." his smile faded and he continued to write random shits at his notebook.
honestly, we've became friends after that incident and we're like, opposites. him, that laughs and jokes everyday. me, who doesn't give a single shit and doesn't laugh. but i smile. just a little. no, i don't smile or laugh at his jokes. i smile or laugh when i see something or heard something that isn't taehyung's cheesy jokes! or when he's making funny faces.
he isn't bad afterall. infact, i wanted to laugh at his jokes but i can't. why? because who wants to get kissed by him he's so weird. but, i like him. well, as a friend.
and i mean, i've never seen a student this cheerful before. even when sometimes he looks like an idiot smiling, i don't bother.
i smiled at him when he isn't looking but be caught me. "the deal is over! you smiled-"
"you said laugh. i didn't laughed. i smiled. know those words are different. okay?" i said while smirking.

it's dismissal time. and normally, i walk alone but taehyung suggested that from now on, we walk home together.
it was so awkward walking with him but it's okay since we are walking on a sidewalk and i can hear those cars and peoples creating noisy shits.
"ah! it's so loud." i looked up and saw taehyung covering his ears.
"it's not that loud-" i looked down and saw taehyung kneeling still covering his ears. "yah! are you okay?!"
what the hell is wrong with him?! what am i going to do?!
i kneeled infront of him, grabbing both of his wrist and shaking it. i was looking at him but his eyes were tightly closed and it feels like he's scared. "taehyung-ah." i didn't screamed. because it feels like the noise of those cars and peoples are too much from him so why scream at him?
"let's continue to walk so that you can not hear these ruckus. okay?" i raised my voice but not that loud. so he can hear me clearly.
i saw him nod his head and he finally stood up.

"wait, where's your house again?" he asked.
"right there!" i said while pointing the house i grew up for almost 16 years.
"are you sure?!" he exclaimed. i nodded my head but confused.
"why?"
"i live infront of your house you idiot!" he exclaimed and clapping like a kid.
"when did you moved here?" i asked. i know that the last family who lives there before taehyung's left a couple of months ago.
"last week." he said while smiling.
oh. that's why my mom wanted me to go with her because she made something. i don't know what it is. rice cakes?
"ms. jeong was the first neighbor to talk to us and she also gave us rice cakes!" he cheerfully said.
"what?! but she didn't have me one?" i pouted and i continued to walk to enter my house. but-
"hey wait!" he said while grabbing my shoulder. i turned around and gave him a confused face.
"follow me." he said.
"to where?" i asked.
"a place that's so peaceful you can't hear a single shit." i was surprised of how he cursed. he cursed infront of me for the first time. he winked at me then he left, gesturing me to come with him.
ew. kim taehyung, don't wink. it's making me sick.
