Kidnapped Again?

chapter 7

Ema's POV: "Get out of the car slowly" the police screamed and I looked at Luke I could see Zoey and Tyler in the back of the car. Zoey opened the door and she limped over to me and behind her was Tyler. The police shot Charles and we all looked back at the car surprised then we heard Zoey scream and we all looked at her and she was being dragged away by another random guy. He threw her in the van and the police held us back from running after her and getting kidnapped again. They shot at the van and I could hear her trying to get out. She was banging on the sides and screaming. We were all trying to get out of the grip of the police to go help her but we couldn't their grip was too tight. "Help her" I screamed and I started crying. "Please just go help her" I screamed again and two police men ran over to the van they tried to get the guy out of the van but they failed. He quickly drove off and I died on the inside, she was gone again and none of us could help her now.

Tyler's POV: She's gone is all I could think over and over again. I can't protect her anymore and that kills me. "You should have let us help her" I screamed and the police had finally let go of us. There was a bunch of movements in a bush and the police slowly walked over to it to see what it was. "Its the girl" a police officer said picking her up and we all ran over to her. "I escaped" Zoey said and she laughed and then she fainted. "Get an ambulance now" he screamed and a few minutes later I heard sirens. "Come on I'll take you all to the hospital"he said and we got in the car. "Did anything else happen while we were gone" Luke asked and I just looked down. I decided Zoey might now want them to know yet so I kept it to myself. "No" I said and I looked over and Ema was crying. "She will be ok" Luke said and he grabbed her hand. We got to the hospital and we walked in I was still limping. "What's wrong with your leg" the officer asked me and I pulled up my pants leg. "We need to get you looked at" He said and I looked at him. "Not until I see Zoey" I said and he nodded. "Ok lets go" he said and we went into her room. She was awake but she looked tired. "I still have to do the test" her doctor said and the cop frowned. I have no idea what "the test" is. "What's the test" Zoey asked and the doctor looked uncomfortable. "Well, I have to check your um lower area to make sure that there's no um" he said and she stooped him. "No" she said and she crossed her legs. It wouldn't surprise me if she didn't trust men anymore. "All of you out" the cop said and all of us got out and I had to go into a room to get my leg checked.

"We need to go to surgery right now" the doctor said and the officer moved everyone out of the room and they put a mask over my mouth and I fell asleep.

Zoeys POV: he finished and I was crying again. I could tell he felt bad for having to do it. "Zoey" I heard Ema say and she walked in. She ran over to me and she hugged me. "Its ok we're safe now" she said and I cried into her shoulder. "Girls" I heard someone with a familiar voice say and Ema pulled away. "Mom" she screamed and she ran up to her and hugged her and then she came over and hugged me. "I have someone I need you girls to meet" Her mom said and a guy walked in and Ema backed up beside me. "Me and him have been dating for three weeks now" she said and he came over to hug me and Ema and we both screamed. "I'm so sorry how about a high five" he said and we winced thinking he was going to hit us. "They're terrified of me" he said and he backed away. "They've been through a lot I'm sure they will be ok soon" she said and Ema climbed into the hospital bed beside me. I looked at my leg and somehow just realized I had a black cast on. "Girls I'm sorry but I was told you have to go back to school tomorrow no matter what, and yes I know its the middle of the 9th grade for you since you missed a bunch but don't be worried" she said and we were both shocked. I looked at Ema's leg she had a black cast. "I'm scared" I said and I started crying again. "I know I am too" she said and she hugged me again. We had all completely forgotten Luke was in the room too. "I want to see Tyler" I said and I lowly got up. Ema grabbed her crutches and handed me mine. Me Luke and Ema went to his room and he smiled as soon as he saw us. Tyler had to wear a boot on his leg. "We need to tell you guys something" I said and I started tearing up. "The baby died" I said and bursted into tears. "We know Zoey they got the baby out" she said and I lifted up my shirt. How did I not feel any of the things they did to me.

The next day

We grabbed our schedules and went to our first class Choir. Everyone starred at us and I was getting very uncomfortable. The choir teacher Mr.Juan came over to me and I felt terrified. "Now kids you have to sing high" he said and he was using a bunch of hand movements and he raised his hand I pulled it down really fast and I screamed thinking he was going to hit me. "I'm sorry I forgot" he said and he patted my shoulder and I got tears in my eyes. "Don't touch her please" Tyler said and the teacher understood. After that class it was time for gym none of us had to change except Luke because he hasn't gotten hurt. We still had to put our things in our gym lockers though. "That's the girl that had sex with the boy that has a boot on, I heard people saying she was also willing to another rape" a girl said pointing at me and I slammed the locker and walked out of the locker room crying. I hated these crutches they slowed me down. I threw them down and walked out with them and then Ema came out and threw hers down too. "Sit over there please" the gym teacher said to us and we sat in the corner of the gym. "Why are you crying" Tyler asked me and he pulled my head up to look at him. "There was girls saying rumors about me in the locker room" I said and he hugged me. "No hugging" the gym teacher yelled and I looked at her and it looked like she felt bad for yelling. "Why would they force us to come back so soon" Ema said and we stood up. "Where are you going" the teacher asked as we started walking out and Luke ran over to us. "The bathroom" he said and we all walked out of the gym. We didn't bother to get our things because our phones were at home. We walked out of the school and went back home and nobody was there. It felt dangerous here. I turned on the TV and the news was on.

"It has been heard that the guy that attempted to kidnap a young girl that had just gotten away from another kidnapper is around the Canton area please keep your children indoors and stay safe"

"No" we all screamed at the same time.
