Another night working, this time it's all ages night it's just so Phil can get more money he knows he'll get more customers if he lets the wreck less teenagers in.

"My glow stick broke." A boy with short brown hair complained walking up to me holding up his glow stick by the bottom,

Of course it wasn't broken it just ran out of glow.

"No, it ran out of glow." I corrected him before adding,

"They don't last forever."

"Can I have my money back?" He asked hopefully waving his glow stick my way,

I shook my head in annoyance before grabbing another one from my tray and placing it roughly in his hands then walking off with a huff.

"God, I hate all-ages night." I grumbled picking up some drinks of the table and placing them steadily on my tray,

"Forty-three dollars." I heard someone say behind me,

I turned around to make sure it wasn't some sort of drug deal and luckily it wasn't but I got the next worst thing.

Liam holding what I think is forty three dollars in his hands, I was confused at first then I realised he was talking about the other night when he made me spill the drinks.

"I said I don't want your money." I told him continuing to walk around the club looking for more drinks to take back to the bar,

"You said I owe you 200." He said correcting me with a smug look on his face,

"Liam, just forget it." I told him just as the lights went out and everyone started yelling and jumping up and down they almost seamed as if they liked it,

"Perfect." I groaned walking to the back room where the big power generator is,

"Haley, Haley." Liam called walking behind me his footsteps getting easier to hear as we got further into the room,

Once I reached the big generator on the way I lifted the small lever so it was in the opposite direction.

"I gotta be honest, Liam. If you're trying to be a good guy, I really don't care." I confessed looking at him with a blank and annoyed look part of me hoped he would take a hint and leave but he didn't,

"I'm just trying to make up for the sixth grade." He told me shrugging softly as a nervous curve appeared on his lips,

"I told you nothing will make up for the sixth grade. Nothing." I snapped turning around to push the bigger lever up it is the one I struggle on the most so that would explain why halfway though it got jammed,

"Come on." I complained using my other hand to provide a little extra force but even that wasn't enough,

Liam's hand overlapped mine helping me get the lever the rest of the way and turning the lights back on.

"You want to keep hating me? Go for it. You said I owe you 200. So, here's 43 more." He said shoving the money into my hands before walking off,

I put the money in my pocket and smiled slightly he really was trying to make up for sixth grade and maybe I was being a bit of a bitch about it but old habits die hard and I've been hating Liam since sixth grade. I've just got to ease into it if he starts acting more like he was tonight then maybe I'll forgive him for punching me in the face and making me wear a nose brace for my school picture. Okay maybe a lot more like he was tonight.
