Chapter 14:almost too late!

All I can see is darkness,there is a noise,it sounds like someone talking but I can't here it.I then feel a slight shaking,I groan and push the things shaking me away."Ben",I hear my name,making my ear twich,what's going on,why is it so dark?"BEN!"my eyes snap open,looking at a blurry faced Jeff.I blink a couple more times to see him better."Huh?"that is the only word that slips past my lips."Ben wake up!We are gonna be late for breakfast you idiot!"he says frantically.I turn over to look at the clock sitting on his black wooden nightstand.8:50...oh shit 8:50!!Breakfast is in 10 minutes!I quickly get out of bed to see Jeff already  slipping on his clothes that I threw on the floor last night.I look around and see mine not far from his and walk over to them and slip them on.I look at the clock again am it says 8:58."Common Jeff we gotta hurry!!"I say as we open his door and run down the hall to the stairs.We quickly run down them and past the Living room into the kitchen and quickly find seats next to EJ,I'm on his left,while Jeff is on his right.I look up at the clock on the dining room wall,9:00,right then Slender man comes out with the food.My tail wags slowly in happiness as he sets the plates  down."Pancakes,bacon,eggs,and a glass if milk,mhh,milk~"I think to myself as I start to drink it out of the cup by lapping it up with my tongue.I stop when I feel a slight jab in my hip to my left,it's dark link."Um...Ben?Bro,you do realize you were drinking your milk like a cat right?"he asks while staring at me like I'm crazy.I growl at him and go back to drinking my Milk like I was."Ben,please stop"I hiss at the sudden sound in my head and my eyes go directly to slender man at the very end of the table.A deep growl rises in my throat but then I stop it short."what's going on with me?why am I acting more and more like a cat,I had totally forgotten I was even a neko...what's   happening to me?!"I suddenly meow out loud,I couldn't speak!Slender man suddenly stands up and walks over to me and picks me up with one of his tentacles and teleports me to the lab that started this whole
mess.He sets me down and goes and grabs a glass of water and and a weird red pill.He hands it to me and I don't question it and just put it in my mouth and swallow it down with that while glass of water.I wait a couple of seconds and try to speak."W-what w-will t-this d-do?"I ask quietly,like a small child just starting to speak."That pill child,it will help you to stop from turning into a full cat from now,I'm afraid if I don't get that antidote,you could be a Neko forever,one that can turn into a cat whenever he pleases,just like Grinny..."he says in my head while I fumble with my hands nervously.I freeze once hearing that."A neko...forever...I would change into a cat whenever...just like Grinny?!"I start to panic and run to the door but slender man grabs me by the waist with one of his tentacles,he takes another one and slowly,softly,pets my head.All the fear drains from my body and I relax and start to purr."It'll be ok Ben,I promise I will find that antidote,I will,I have to...before it's to late..."
