When I See You again (A Gravity Falls fanfiction)

Chapter four: "He's my boyfriend!"

Dipper's (POV)

I couldn't believe Wendy sang in front of the whole restaurant. It was incredible. I wonder what drove her to do it? Maybe she did just to see if she could. Or maybe she just felt like it? Either way, she was amazing. When we were done eating dinner, we went home for the night. Pacifica went to bed early so, Wendy and I stayed up a little awhile longer. We sat outside on the deck, just star gazing. I saw a shooting star, I wonder if Wendy saw it too? We sat in silence for awhile before Wendy spoke up.

"Hey Dipper, look, it's the big Dipper."

"What are you pointing at, I'm right here."

"Haha, very funny."

"I know, why I said it."

We both laughed at the last joke I made. I felt good making Wendy laugh. I know she's been going through a hard time, and just hearing her laugh, makes me smile too. When we went inside, I was walking by Pacifica's room, and Wendy held back. I wonder why? I wanted to ask her, but she walked away from me. I followed her to her own room, and put my hand on her shoulder. She turned to me, and she had a scared look on her face. I gave her a smile, which she did not return. When I saw that, I knew something was wrong.

"Wendy, is everything okay?"

"Y...yeah...ev...everything is fine...."

"Wendy, come talk to me."

We walked to the living room, and sat on the couch. I smiled at her, and she still held back. I patted a seat next to me, and she took it. She looked at me with a worried look on her face. I put my hand on her shoulder, to try and calm her down. She finally smiled at me and I smiled back. I just looked in her eyes before I finally spoke up.

"Wendy, is everything alright?"

"No..."

"Talk to me about it."

"You probably won't believe me."

"I promise I will."

"Okay..."

She started to explain everything that was on her mind. She told me about how Pacifica threatened her! I was shocked as she kept talking. When she was done, she broke down in tears. I hugged her tight, and she hugged back. I didn't want to let her go after everything she just said. I felt guilty for letting this happen to her. When I finally let her go, I whipped the tears off her face, and tried to hold back my own tears.

"Wendy, I'm so sorry this happened!"

"There was nothing you could have done."

"Sure there was, I could of stopped her from saying those things!"

"Dipper..."

Wendy hugged me tight and I hugged back. I didn't want to let her go. I felt like I could hold her like that forever. Wendy then jerked back in pain. I then felt something wet on the couch. I looked at her and my eyes grew wide. She was going into labor! I got out some towels and layed her on the floor. Wendy started to scream in pain. Pacifica came out to see Wendy there going to give birth. She quickly tried to get her off the floor.

"Woah, what are you doing?!"

"I don't want pregnant mess on my carpet!"

"Oh yeah no, that's totally the problem here. AHHHH!!"

"Put her down!"

Pacifica finally put her down, and she started to give birth. Pacifica whinned
As Wendy started to pant. Wendy started to scream, as I saw the baby come out. She kept pushing and I held her hand.

"Keep going, you're doing fine!"

She screamed one last time before I heard whining.

"Wahhhh!"

I looked down at the baby, and picked it up. I grabbed some towels and cleaned the baby. When it was cleaned I saw it was a baby girl. I smiled at the baby, as she grabbed my noise.

"Wendy, it's a healthy baby girl."

"A girl..."

"Here, you did great."

I handed her the baby, and she was about to cry, as she gazed at the newborn. The baby giggled at her mother, making Wendy cry with tears of joy. She kissed her baby and Pacifica gave a disgusted look. I glared at her before turning back to Wendy. She held her baby with such care, it was incredible how careful she was. I know if Pacifica tried to hold a baby, she would drop it. Pacifica walked out of the room and Wendy and I were left alone. Before I knew what was happening, I kissed Wendy on the cheek.

"What was that for?"

"For doing a good job."

"Thank you, but I'm really tired."

"Before you get some sleep, what are you going to name her?"

"I'm going to name her, Jacklin."

"That's a nice name. Here, I'll take Jacklin, you get some rest."

"Thank you Dipper."

With that Wendy went to her room, to sleep. I held Jacklin in my arms. She was beautiful, she looked just like her mother, she was small but strong. I can see a bright future for her. For her the sky is the limit.

Pacifica's (POV)

He kissed her on the cheek! Oh no, she crossed the line now! Now that she's not pregnant, it will be easier to hurt her. Watch out Wendy, it's on now!!
