Demigods Among the Mortals

Faya POV-
What a beautiful day.

The birds are chirping, the sun is shining and the rain has passed.

So, to take advantage of the situation, I decided to go outside and paint.

I grabbed my paint set, my tools and everything I would need, and headed to   the park.

Once I got there, I sat down and waited for something to come that I could paint.

30 minuets later, that something came.

It was cute couple siting on a bench.

There was a guy who was wearing all black, and had black hair that had his arm wrapped around a girl with a long black braid and a simple purple dress.

I took a picture, not knowing when they were going to leave, so that I could continue painting when they left.

Throughout my time there, they were just talking and kissing. They were adorable.

I painted and painted, until it was finally done.

I decided to give it to them, so I packed up and grabbed that painting.

Walking over there, the girl was starting to look familiar.

When I finally made it over there, I shrieked.

The girl was Reyna, the girl I was trying to recruit for the Art team, she was also my best friend.

"Faya? What are you doing here?" She asked, her gaze traveling from the boy to me.

"Well...I came her to paint. And, well, I painted this." I said holding up the painting of the boy with his arm around Reyna.

"It's beautiful." Reyna breathed, "Oh, were are my manners! This is Nico."

"You never told us you had a boyfriend!"

"It, ah, never came up." Reyna said.

"Are you nervous?" Nico asked Reyna, "I'm sorry but were did my Fiancé go?"

"Oh shut up." Reyna said, kissing Nico.

"Fiancé!" I shrieked.

"Um...ya. He proposed yesterday." Reyna said.

"But your so young!" I said.

Nico rolled his eyes, "Were in collage."

"Um, well, I'm just going to go...do you want this?" I asked, motioning to the painting.

"Ya! It's amazhang! Thank you so much!"

I must have looked extremely confused when she said amazhang, because Nico said, "He's a friend of ours."

I handed Reyna the painting, and waved goodbye.
