Raptor of the shadows

Chapter 2

Dawn woke to a bright and early morning, she saw the humans so she wanted to bring them something to eat. From her experience with humans they only eat cooked meat or red things and even yellow or orange things (banana's, apples, oranges), Dawn went to get some of those for them, she found a few red things so she took them back with her and placed them on a big leaf so they don't get dirty. Next she hunted for herself and she caught a bird, she ate it than returned to the cave, she lay down and watched the humans invade any danger came near.
A few hours later (lazy people)
The humans woke to find fruit by their side but the injured human was dead from overnight, the female began to cry into the males shoulder, Dawn didn't understand but a T-Rex roared in the distance so Dawn hissed making the humans jump.
"I no threat humans even if you consider me one I am not," said Dawn. The humans nodded and we moved on.
I will do bold writing for Dawns pov and normal writing for Drakes pov (the black raptor later on)
Dawns pov.
I was feeling a bit woozy for some reason but I kept up behind the humans I case a dino attacked, the human was getting bigger (fatter) every day. I was suspicious of her because she looked like she was in egg too, I grew closer to having hatchlings each day and I wanted to be with other raptors. We found traces of a pack so I called threat less calls to the pack and I was given sweet chirping noises, a few females and a tall male stepped out and greeted us.
"Greetings travelers what brings you here?" Asked the alpha male.
"I am Dawn and this is Rose she is in egg or something and the male I have no idea," I said.
"What brings you to call in my territory giving yourself away?" Asked the alpha male.
"I seek a pack for protection for I was forced into egg by my descusting pack, a few males have tried to mate with me and one succeeded," I said.
"You will be protected and can even join my pack if you wish, we will protect all of you, oh and my name is Ruthless my alpha female also my mate is Flora," said Ruthless. We came to the nest and I settled down into a comfy nest in the middle, the alpha male had instructed that me and the humans not to hunt for a while so we didn't.
Drakes pov.
I was stalking through my territory when I heard chirping noises from my nesting grounds, I got back and found my brothers mate had had her eggs, she was smiling at him and she made cooing noises I didn't want to hear. I could not be alpha male until I had a mate of my choice but no females seemed interesting so I went back out to check the borders, I was walking when I saw a new female in the territory next to mine and she had orange feathers with blue eyes and I saw she was in egg and was talking to the alpha, she was talking loud enough for me to hear.
"I seek a pack for protection for I was forced into egg by my disgusting pack a few males have tried to mate with me but one succeeded," said the orange female who's name I shortly found was Dawn, I went home satisfied with my search. My brother and his mate greeted me, they were very happy.
"So you heard older bro," said Sorrow.
"Yeah I heard," I said.
"It's so wonderful that i had my eggs," said Ginger. I went to my den and couldn't stop thinking of the orange female.
"I could protect her and those humans easy I mean she is very pretty but I have no intentions of mating with anyone yet," I thought to myself. Every time I closed my eyes I would see her so I knew I had to claim her somehow but how was the question.
